Edd was really friendly and made the training interesting and kept us engaged. Useful tips on how to create formulas etc in excel.

lots of useful information, very good at adapting to the different levels of people in the group. Structure was clear and organized and we knew what to expect. took the time to work with us individually

I felt that the course was informative and easy to follow, it was delivered at a pace that you had time to understand and ask any questions while doing the tasks. I thought that the course was delivered in a professional, but relaxed manner and the trainer very pleasant and polite and explained things in lay mans terms. Enjoyed the course learnt a lot more than I thought and I have put it in to practice. I would definitely recommend to other people..
