I am sharing my personal experience so that other couples can make an informed decision before choosing this company.

I discovered that Wow Invites had taken my bespoke wedding illustration from the portfolio of another established digital invitation company and placed it for sale on its own platform.

The illustration was originally created by that company exclusively for my wedding and was paid for as part of my bespoke invitation package. It was not a generic design available for resale or commercial use by other businesses.

Neither I nor the company that created the illustration gave Wow Invites permission to copy, reproduce, display, advertise or sell it. Despite this, my exact wedding illustration appeared on the Wow Invites platform as a product available to their customers.

To be completely clear: this was my personal wedding design, created by another digital invitation company, taken from that company’s work and commercially offered by Wow Invites without authorisation from either the original creator or me.

When I discovered this, I contacted Wow Invites through Instagram and asked for an explanation and for the design to be removed immediately. Instead of responding to my concerns, they blocked me.

I have kept screenshots showing my illustration displayed and offered for sale on their platform, as well as records of my attempts to contact them.

After publishing a review about my experience, the company contacted me privately. Rather than explaining how my bespoke design had ended up for sale on their platform or attempting to resolve the situation, I received messages that I considered intimidating and threatening in tone.

In my experience, their priority appeared to be warning me about the possible consequences of sharing my review rather than addressing the unauthorised commercial use of my wedding illustration.

The situation has also made me question the origin of other designs offered on their platform. I would strongly encourage couples to research the source of the artwork they are purchasing and to ask whether the company has permission to reproduce and sell it.

This experience has been extremely upsetting. The illustration was commissioned and created specifically for one of the most personal occasions of my life. It should never have been taken from another company’s work and sold on a different platform without anyone’s permission.

Creative work requires time, skill and investment. In my opinion, businesses in the wedding industry should respect original artwork, be transparent about the source of their designs and respond professionally when serious concerns are raised.

I am sharing my experience honestly and in good faith so that other couples can make their own informed decision. I have screenshots and communication records supporting everything described in this review.

Really great website, Made the whole thing so easy. Was able to produce separate lists and invites for day and evening guests and track both separately. Has a table planning section and budgeting section, does more than just invites. Saved us a small fortune on stationary, and everyone loves them.
There was a couple of bad reviews on here that concerned me before signing up. But they were definitely fake.
The couple of questions we had were replied to almost immediately by the founder on Whatsapp, even early on a Sunday morning. Nothing was too much trouble. I never really do reviews but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great idea and great product. Everything is easy to use and most importantly the support is amazing. I have sent messages to them and within minutes they have responded.
The design process is easy to follow and the final outcome is a great talking point once your guests receive the invite.

Absolutely amazing service, great app and amazing features! Needed help with some usage and solving something and the customer service is on top of the world! Fantastic all around and very very quick response I couldn’t fault this company!!! They will go above and beyond for you

Honestly lost for words! They have been absolutely brilliant from the very start! I have been a nightmare with the constant changes but im a perfectionist haha and everything I have said I wanted, they have delivered and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it and it was perfect! Had so much fun creating it and as its on your phone you can make a start and come back to it later! So much easier than doing it all by hand! Highly recommend! ❤️

We created our wedding invites on this site and have had so many amazing compliments we love it so much and the owner is so helpful the customer service is absolutely off the charts helped us bring our design to reality. Enjoying watching the analytics from guests and listening to tunes theyve chosen for our day. I am almost speechless! I’m currently in the United States and came across this lovely website on Instagram. I was able to create a beautiful wedding invitation while being able to CONSISTENTLY speak with the founder on tweaks, theme page design, and alterations! I am so thankful to work with the WooowInvites team and am a very happy bride! I will 1000% refer to all future brides and grooms! What an amazing concept and the most incredible customer service. We used wooow to design our digital wedding invitations and honestly, we were so happy with the final result. At first, I did find the platform a little overwhelming to navigate, but once I got the hang of it, it became really easy to use and customise.

The invitations turned out beautifully — every single person we’ve sent them to has commented on how amazing they look. It made such a great impression and felt really special and personal.

I also have to give credit to the customer service team. I initially had trouble logging in, but I was able to speak to someone in real time via WhatsApp who sorted the issue out quickly. They even gave us a free personalised URL for the inconvenience, which was a really nice touch.

The only downside for us was the RSVP system. Even though I locked guests to their phone numbers, I still received multiple RSVPs from one guest. Another guest forwarded the invite to his spouse (even though she was already linked to his invitation), and she was able to RSVP separately too. I do wish there was a better way to prevent forwarded invites and duplicate RSVPs, as tracking responses became a little confusing.

Overall though, we had a great experience and would still definitely recommend Wooow Invites to couples looking for modern, beautiful digital wedding invitations.

If I could vote more than 5* I would. Not only is the website beautiful and provide so much flexibility to choose so many different themes, but the customer service is amazing. Anything I have asked for assistance on has been responded to almost instantly and solved immediately! Couldn’t have wished for anything better.

Absolutely beautiful invite! There were so many options to customize, and everything was very easy to navigate. I chose their VIP package, and the customer support felt incredibly personal; they helped me right away with any questions I had within minutes. My friends and family loved the invite, and I would highly recommend this to any couple planning their wedding invitations.

I love how customisable the app is to suit the experience you want to create.

There's someone at the end of the call/ WhatsApp to walk you through design/ edit/ customised ideas.

The backend for event planning helps immensely.

One improvement I will make is the RSVP enable creating unique links for each guest. So it limits access to desired guest list only.

My fiancé and I are just starting our wedding planning journey, and this platform has been so helpful! All that we had hoped to incorporate in our invite are accessible to us. We are enjoying all the customization options!

This by far has been an amazing experience!!! The site is very user friendly, easy to navigate and custom to your liking. The customer service is top tier!!! The response time was immediate and the customizing until I loved my invitation was beyond my expectations!!! I have no regrets and this has made me very excited about my special day!!
