Total BS dating site they insult your intelligence if you’re a free member I only offer you blurred pictures to think that somebody is stupid enough to buy in based on a blurred picture. There is no customer service feedback is totally controlled by Boat as our WILL rep replies that are given here from WooPlus or WILL bot replies. There is no actual person ever replying to customer service request second of all there’s not many BBW woman on this site people here don’t know what BBW are super size means for a few women in my area and I’ve been a major metropolitan area if nobody’s replying to me as I cannot reply to them and as a free member that means that nobody else is paying to join either I don’t understand what they’re endgame is cause it ain’t nobody paying for anything on this site anybody that buys into this site it’s gotta be a total moron. Sending feedback is a total waste of time because you get the same bot robotic answer. It’s a terrible terrible piece of crap site and I thought BBW. Cupid sucked with their phony, profiles and terrible practices.

If I could give a half star I would. This is a complete scam site, preying on larger, desperate women. Not one profile was real. The customer service bot is fake too. The reviews are done by Woo plus. They are not 4 out of 5, I promise they are only there to collect money. No actual face time or verification of real people, I connected with every single person and they all fell in love until you ask them to prove who they are, then you are ghosted.

Ich habe mehrfach eine DSGVO Auskunft angefordert, Nichts!
Ich habe mehrmals auf das vom Gesetzgeber in der EU vorgegebene Einspruchsrecht hingewiesen, Keine Reaktion!

Man wird grundlos für 48h (oder dauerhaft) gesperrt, ohne Angaben von Gründen (nur Verweis auf die Nutzungsbedingungen, keine weiteren Erläuterungen oder Details.

Aber heute hat es echt die rote Linie überschritten:

Ich wurde von einer Frau massiv beleidigt, habe diese Person gemeldet, in einem Blog Bereich der App Screenshots von der sehr langen Nachricht von besagter Person hochgeladen (anonym!) und zum Dank, dafür dass ich mich massiv beleidigen lassen musste, wurde ich erneut für 48h gesperrt!

Ich hab jetzt wegen Hatespeech, Geldwäsche, Betrug, Belästigung, DGSVO Verstöße etc gegen die Betreiber Strafanzeige gestellt. Das wird in DE vermutlich zu nichts führen, aber ich hab noch ein paar Kontakte nach Asien und mit dem richtigen Vorwurf an der richtigen Stelle, wird da ganz schnell nen Schuh raus.

Anbei die Nachricht die ich erhalten habe VON EINER FRAU (Die Rechtschreibfehler sind so gut wie es ging übernommen und aufgrund der Bewertungsrichtlinie musste das ein oder andere Wort zensiert werden...) :

This app perm bans you if you're advertising socials to chat free because they force you to pay for their subscription. Its gonna be difficult to find love like that because they wanna get all of your money out of your pockets with this overpriced bs.

Canceled my subscription after a month and company is still taking my money for the monthly subscription.

This site only cares about VIP members. I was sent a sexual image randomly from a vip user captioned "hope you can handle this" so I reported it and nothing happened as a result. I reported it 3 times over the course of 7 days because I can still see his account but nothing happened as a VIP he is allowed to disrespect and send unsolicited sexual messages.

Secondly, another vip member sends me 2 voicenotes and closes the convo. The messages were rude and putting me down cause he didnt like the things I posted on my profile wtf. I posted them on the main feed to respond to them publicly but I am the one that got my account restricted lol. I'm not bothered but its unfair cause I use the app, stay active, I join in and I'm not problematic but on this occasion someone is rude to me and I retaliate but I get suspend. Women aren't protected on there it seems and that's unfortunate.

This app is total garbage, I've actually purchased the premium version and not had a single date on this thing, don't waste Yr money on this rubbish

I’m unable to create new account on wooplus because it keep saying unknown error, please I need solution to this

I was just ghosted by a man who kept telling me he wanted to get to know me better. As soon as I told him my income was SSI, he was gone. This is the second Woo Plus scammer who tried to con me. The first was an obvious love bomber. This second one was so real that I cried over the ghosting until I realized his profile is fake.

A waste of my time energy and money. I don't know where they got these profiles from but they're scraping the bottom of the dating barrel to get their site populated.

I met a man, mame, his profile showed Miami location. After 3 weeks of intense sms chats planning, I noticed he only wanted to text me how to trade crypto. I realized he was after my money. I logged back in to my wooplus account and I found him trying to rematch with me and showing his location in Cambodia. I took screenshot and confronted him then blocked him. A previous contact after chatting for 3 months he said had traveled to Quatar and his bank account in USA got blocked and asked me to send him $26,700. Both contacts were scammers. Infortunately,when matching with a wooplus customer, all communications are carried out outside the woopkus app, via sms or other apps, so it is always advisable to keep screenshot of the chats and report any scamming activities to wopplus and or FTC. Scammers try to connect outside the wooplus app right away, after matching, so there is no record on the app which makes difficult for wooplus to know who on their app is a,scamner.

Absolutely bloody crap not a single woman ever replys so much competition( on each page) I am leaving this app and I'm blocking payments absolutely fed up with being scammed they don't care about your well being as long as they get Thier money

I’m honestly not sure why, but every time I try to log in to my WooPlus account, it ends up getting suspended or can’t log in when I log out. Each time, I’ve had to email customer service via email or insta to request a reactivation and most of the time, no one even responds.

It’s beyond frustrating, and at this point, incredibly disappointing. The process is embarrassing enough without having to constantly chase down support just to access my account. It’s honestly the worst experience I’ve had on a dating platform, and I wouldn’t recommend WooPlus to anyone because of it.

I made the plunge and paid for a months subscription.

Sent about 50-100 messages out there to make use of it.

I got 1 response.

And it isn't my looks or profile - I've found success on other dating apps - it's the bizarre, dismal state of this app. Whether the profiles are fake, or it just attracts conceited people...either way, this app is quite a pile of dog poo.

Lets be real here, the men on this app are disgusting. They all just think us women are easy or have low self esteem. Once again men ruin everything for women. This is not a safe space for plus size women. Period.

This app totally BS! everybody selling contents or looking for sugar daddy even i reported many times they don't care! those people profiles still active! Keep yourself away from this app otherwise you can be scammed by prostitutes with app owner helping them!

Horribly disappointing and dangerous. I encountered more scammers than the number of days I was on the app. A terrible and unsafe feeling as a woman. And no way to contact a live person, so I have no idea how to get a refund for the membership I so stupidly paid for. So disappointing.

If I could give a zero I would. This site is a joke, no one ever replies, and I believe that they are fake anyways so don’t waste your time or your money as this is what the site is looking towards. If anyone has responded positively, I would second guess who is responding.
