I didnt even pass the first step. Seems like a fly by night company. One of many that want to take your money up front with out delivering true value. They didnt respect my time and never showed up for our first call. They were texing me before that and just disregarded it. Then they were texting me to reschedule. If they cant make the first call on time before you get my money imagine the service after they take my money.

According to our system logs, our team made multiple call attempts at the scheduled time, but each call was forwarded to voicemail. We also followed up with text messages to let you know we were attempting to reach you and to reconnect.

They started the relationship with a lie and ended it with me not being able to cancel

First, I was sold something that woosender does not do by their sales rep. He told me that they would create ads for me and help me generate leads. I buy the 90-day trial for $9k. Turns out that is only for a CRM. I complain enough that they do give me free ad advice. Nothing comes in. So now I'm out an additional $5100 in ad spend, 14 opt ins, 1 showed. That's a terrible ROI. So I try to cancel and this is when it gets VERY shady. My once very responsive contact goes MIA. I send her two emails. I go ahead and cancel via their chat. Then I get an email that I HAVE TO MEET WITH SOMEONE in order to cancel. I have booked a call with them, but they will be displeased to answer that call. When your customer wants to cancel, you let them cancel. Or you are a scammer. I know they tried with the whole leads things, but it was a disaster. They should have just refunded my money from the beginning and parted ways. They had recordings of the sales call where the guy sold me something they don't do. I don't recommend you use them. Even if you are super careful and cross all your T's, you will most likely get screwed. It's just an overpriced CRM that is hard to get out of.

While we understand there was some confusion early on, WooSender does not create or manage ad campaigns. This was explained during onboarding and is outlined in your agreement. As a courtesy, our team went above and beyond by providing complimentary ad strategy advice to help you make the most of your external marketing efforts. Unfortunately, ad results depend on many variables outside of our platform.

Regarding cancellation, the offboarding call you referenced was an exit call to discuss your experience, not a requirement to cancel. Your agreement was for a fixed 90-day term with no auto-renewal, and your account was processed for cancellation at the end of that period.

We recognize that this engagement did not meet your expectations, but we want to emphasize that all contracted services were delivered as agreed. Our goal is always transparency and client success, and we’ll continue to ensure expectations are aligned from the very beginning of every partnership.

WooSender totally changed my business

WooSender totally changed my business. I used to have to track down leads and schedule appointments and now it does all of that for me. I just show up to my sales calls and close deals. I can even have the Ai reschedule people and follow up with those who are on the fence. Wish I would have used it 4 years ago... Millions of dollars to be made here and the support is great.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. The system never worked for us despite an enormous amount of effort. It's not actually AI, but rather a bunch of rule based responses that you have to write yourself and it really turns potential customers away because it's obviously a bot. When we tried to cancel, they try to make you get on with a sales person, and then they flat out refuse to cancel. I requested to cancel on December 18th, they waited to respond until the 23rd, after I was billed 3k on the 21st. I have been fighting them ever since to get a refund on that payment and to get them to cancel my account which they are refusing to do. It's a complete nightmare. Please avoid this company like the plague, they have zero business ethics.

Be careful

Be careful! They told us they will help us to get leads by cold emailing. They even recommended a company Listkit. Not only we did not get ANY leads but they tried to keep charging us. Keep in mind that they already scammed us for $5000 and their billing department keep sending us bills. We are reporting them. Be careful!
Update on the review to address the inaccuracies in their response: During our sales call with Robert, I repeatedly asked if leads from cold emails were a good idea and whether they had experience with them. I made it clear that, unless you have quality leads, it won’t work. Robert confirmed that THEY HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE. I then asked if it was in our industry, and he confirmed. After that, they introduced us to Listkit via an introductory email. I have screenshots of this and will try to upload them if possible. I’m sharing this to help others avoid losing money in this already difficult economy.

During November, we worked diligently to address your concerns regarding lead quality and response rates. We made updates to messaging, recommended new lead sources, and extended your billing by 30 days as a courtesy to give you additional time to refine and assess your campaigns.

December – Cancellation
On December 10, you formally requested cancellation, expressing dissatisfaction with the leads, which you noted were not targeted to your client avatar. While we attempted to address these concerns, including suggesting alternative strategies and tools, you confirmed your decision to cancel.

Billing and Charges
The bill you received after cancellation was for overage charges incurred during your use of the service. These charges were related to exceeding the agreed-upon usage limits while the campaign was active. No unauthorized charges were made.
