Hi Iraj, Your order included embroidery which takes time to be set up and then added to your order so next day delivery is not possible. Our website clearly states that next day delivery is not possible on embroidery orders, set up can take up to 72 hours and delivery up to 7 working days - https://www.workinstyle.com/embroidery.
I have refunded the £1.51 extra you paid for next day delivery.
Product sold online when it wasn't in stock
Company advertised and sold a product which they couldn't find in their store. Company didn't tell me the problem until I chased, the delays in delivery.
The person who dealt with my email was very good. They kept me informed and ensured that the money was refunded quickly.
