I wanted to move forward, but the upfront payment made it difficult for me. I simply couldn’t continue due to lack of funds.

I was asked to pay upfront, but unfortunately, I couldn’t afford it at the time. Hopefully, there will be more flexible options in the future.

They have returned some of my amount deposited but they didnt manage to return the rest Thank god some of my money was recovered because of World Trust

Helpful people, but the process took ages than I expected. They have mentioned at start it takes 1 month but it ended taking 3 months

I was under the impression that the service would be free, but only found out last minute that I had to pay upfront before anything could be done. That was never made clear from the beginning. I decided not to continue because of this. While the staff were polite, I feel the whole process was misleading. If they really want to help people, especially those struggling financially, they should be more upfront and offer real support—not hidden fees.

They worked well, but they didnt recover all of my amount of money but they have managed to help me in returning 40% of the amounts i have lost 3 stars wished they got me all of my money
