I've been using WorldVPN for a while now, and it has been a solid experience. The main benefit is definitely the low price for the features you get . The service does exactly what it promises: it hides my IP, encrypts my data, and allows me to browse securely and anonymously . I also appreciate that they are constantly improving, as I've seen updates like the new AI Assistant and additional server locations . If you're looking for an affordable and effective VPN, I highly recommend it.

I requested cancellation and a refund on **May 5** after determining the service did not meet my needs and before ever using it. Support acknowledged my request in writing and stated they would process the refund. For weeks, they repeatedly claimed they were "waiting on the data center." After that, they simply stopped responding altogether.

To make matters worse, they attempted to bill me for another renewal after my cancellation request had already been submitted and acknowledged.

As of the date of this review, I have spent nearly two months trying to obtain a refund with no resolution. Once the conversation involved a refund, support effectively stopped communicating despite multiple polite follow-ups.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you value responsive customer service and timely handling of billing or refund issues, I would strongly consider choosing another provider.

I purchased a Thailand Dedicated VPN (3 months). The server broke on the first day of the new billing cycle — SSL certificate expired, then connection issues continued. I tested OpenVPN TCP, UDP, and WireGuard from both iPhone and Mac. All failed: TCP disconnects every 4 minutes, UDP port not open, WireGuard received 0 bytes. I sent detailed logs and data. Support never read any of it — they kept asking me to try things I already tested, sent a screenshot showing "it works" from their own network, and ignored that it doesn't work from Thailand. When I requested a refund, they refused citing ToS. I have been a customer since August 2025 and went through 4 server replacements. Same cycle every time. Would not recommend.

SCAM !! I didn't get username after the payment, nothing works here!!

First i have to say that support only has copy and paste responses. Second, they give you a trial to test, I did that and PTPP worked, so i ordered a service and guess what, it doesn't work. They have devops guys that don't know what they are doing and spend their time responding with copy paste response saying it works. Asked for refund and they just respond "is there anything else" "our services look to be working fine" this is a waste of time.

I am using their services for many years.
Their support is good and will solve the issue if occur.

Cannot recommend. Two significant problems - one billing and the other tech support.

Purchased a dedicated VPN, promised ready in "hours". Waited and waited for the email. After several days logged into portal to discover it had been activated. Tried, and failed to authenticated. Instructions on website for OpenVPN. Went back and forth with customer support and discovered they are using something else. Still not working. Email back and forth for 5 more days (they only reply once a day, even if you respond in seconds) until he said "ok, changed something on the server, try again" and it finally worked. Always 1 sentence answers or shorter. Didn't care if it worked or not.

For the billing issue, use Bitcoin. Accidentally paid twice. Contacted them immediately request the just give me 2 months. They said not our problem, contact the payment processor, which is some Hong Kong company. Tried to message them several times, no response. Messaged WorldVPN back about this and they asked if I called them? I explained that I'd been trying for weeks with no response.

In the end, paid for 2 months, got about 20 days of service. Oh yeah, no incoming/port forwarding on the "dedicated vpn" connection.

Waste of time and energy with this company unfortunately.
