I have had my website since around 2023…
I have had my website since around 2023 from WP dating . They have grown positively and the customer service is second to none. Brain in particular has always been on hand when I’ve struggled and they are always rapid getting back to you when dealing with any issues or when you need help, with same day responses which is crucial when you have an urgent issue and running a website with such a big audience. I am not computer savvy and still learning how to navigate a website and set everything up. There have been a few times I have clicked something and I have done the wrong thing which could have had a negative impact on my business. I messaged Brain late on an evening , woke up the next day worrying about the fact members wouldn’t be able to use the website and Brain had already rectified my mistake and the website was functioning properly again, Brain has literally been a god send for me as a pc novice and a first time business owner. I literally could not have done what I have done without these guys help , either guiding me through or actually physically solving problems. My website is now running smoothly and set up how I want it and is now ready for advertising. If you are thinking of setting up a business with a website, I’d definitely recommend WP dating for their customer service alone , but apart from that the themes you can choose from are very good for the money with a good choice of add ons to improve help your business.

Unusable Product With Missing Core Infrastructure. Refund Denied
Purchased their flagship 'Intimate' template back in May. Out of the box, core advertised features—including user registration, database update functionality, and critical password reset flows—were entirely broken or completely non-existent. Support explicitly admitted in writing via email that these core features were 'not integrated into our software' and would only be included in a vague future build. When a refund was requested after 8 days of zero progress, the merchant (based in Bishkek) refused and launched an aggressive campaign demanding root-level access to private servers. Federal and state regulatory complaints have been filed regarding the transaction handling. Avoid if you require a functional commercial template. At the time of my purchase, they didn't use Paypal for transactions (Paypal is consumer friendly). Within 24 hours of Trust Pilot allowing this review, WPDating reported it as "Harmful/ Illegal Content. Trust Pilot reinstated the review within hours. Merchant continues to refuse a full refund, claiming it will 'harm' their business despite their failure to deliver the core product advertised. ****As of July 30, 2026, WPDating's public response to my review is entirely theatrical. They are insinuating I am being unreasonable, claim they are here to help and have issued a public offer for a full refund despite privately refusing any sort of refund because they are a "small business" and that it would "hurt" them. As previously stated, they initially tried to get this review removed but failed. WPDating has admitted in private correspondence that core features were missing at purchase and deferred to a "future version." They are using public PR responses to dodge accountability for a broken product and have no respect for former customers like myself. Buyer beware!*****

You acted like our competitor, because you came to our site, purchased a package and asked for a refund without any valid reason then posted negative review immediately to harm our reputation.
If you would have contacted us and asked for a help then we were always there to help you free of cost. There is no fee for support. But instead of asking for a help with our support, you directly asked for a refund which we cannot accept. Because we are very much confident with our product and can guarantee there was no such issue you mentioned.
We do 3 steps of testing in every release which is the main reason we are confident. Even if there is any small issue then we fix instantly.
As per our terms, We are also ready to refund the full payment, if our mentioned features do not work on your site or in case we are unable to resolve the issue encountered with our plugin. You must be able to provide the requested access details to our technical team to resolve the encountered issue.
We want our customers to succeed, So we are always there to help.
Trustpilot is the fully secured and customer oriented site so it shows all the data real. If you see our good reviews there is no such issues until now and we have many good reviews posted in trustpilot which is from our genuine valued and lovely customers.

wpdating plugin is a well created software and the technical support department is very helpful in getting our website up and running. They have been helping us with all theme settings and plugin integration. We are yet to launch our website but so far we are happy and looking for more development from this software & the team!

WP Dating First Class Developers
I have been working with Brain and Nick and there other developers for sometime now, and am always surprised how quickly they respond and the quality of work they do. They keep adding new features and that is a plus when trying to build a user friendly site and app. I have requested custom coding from them and they have yet to disappoint me. WPDating was a Strong Choice for DeadheaDating
Thanks to WPDating, I’m impressed that we were able to launch our niche dating site, DeadheaDating, on a very tight five-week deadline! With round-the-clock effort, I got the site live and functional by launch day. Thanks to our creative launch plan, it was immediately attracting real users (I skipped the fake profiles offered in the package). The core features work well, people are connecting, and I’ve been able to grow the site into more than just a dating platform.
The tech support team deserves credit — they were friendly, responsive, and helpful within their working hours. However, because their hours were the opposite of my time zone, I had to work overnight to communicate in real time and resolve issues, which was exhausting. This is the main reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. Expanding support coverage across time zones would make a huge difference. Updating the setup tutorials and videos would also be immensely helpful.
Overall, WPDating is a strong product that works as promised and gives site owners a lot of control. With a few improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience. I can confidently recommend this platform for building a dating website. For anyone willing to invest a little setup effort, WPDating delivers a functional, customizable solution!
