I apologize for the issue and any inconvenience this order caused you. I looked into your order and it looks like the package got lost in transit and that we sent you a new one. Again, I apologize for the issue, you did everything right!

Not impressed with the customer service.

We order periodically from Wristband Express and always buy 500-10000 bands at a time. I called directly so Wristband Express could simply duplicate my order from my previously. The customer service representative said we had to do the order on-line. When I did this on line I wanted orange bands and ended up with lime green bands. We will make the bands work. What was particularly disenfranchising was the fact that the customer service representative could not simply duplicate the order for us and process on her end at the time of purchasing. We did not receive a complimentary mock up so we had no idea that the color of the bands would be different.

If you got the wrong color we are more than willing to offer you a 25% discount on the order you placed. I will be contacting you directly about sending you your refund.
