We’re really sorry to hear about your recent experience, especially as a long-time supporter of Rawleigh.

This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. A burning sensation or worsening of a wound is concerning, and we would strongly recommend discontinuing use immediately.

It’s possible that there may be a variation in the batch or formulation, or that the product may not be suitable for your skin at this time. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further for you. Please reach out to our customer support team with details of the product (including batch number, if available), and we’ll investigate this as a priority.

We ship orders within one business day, during the holiday season delivery tends to take a bit longer, usually normal delivery is 7-14 business days. However, we are glad to hear that our product Rawleigh Antiseptic Salve has been helping you with your wound healing and that the wound is no longer causing you pain.
