After seeing the bad review I was concerned. But when they supply the product I wanted at less than other suppliers I decided to order from Xhorse.

I put the order om Monday and it quickly let me know that it was marked as payment received. I heard nothing at all on Tuesday so used their messaging service on Wednesday morning. The response was within a minute stating that the item was in UK stock and had already been dispatched. They then provided me the Royal Mail tracking number, and the device was delivered on Wednesday Morning.

It works great. Yes the first start-up involves about 50 different updates, but actually reassuring that they are improving the system.

Yes the online update/ tracking needs work, but a fast response to questions on the chat service makes up for it.

Item finally showed up in DHL shipping. Although item not shipped out in 48hr due to COVID. Don't worry when it shows in DHL tracking as Shipping information received but not shipped. It will eventually update. Once item showed up in tracking it came quick from China to Canada. They also were vary fair with customs value. Thanks Sugar!.

All the bad reviews you have read are true, Once they get your money they couldn't care less, before ordering - Yes, everything in stock - no problems, 5-6 days to you, answer questions etc
After ordering (and payment) - nothing, take days for a response, never answer the question you ask, send tracking details for other people as if its yours, etc, etc
I am still waiting for my goods to even leave and it has been 18 days, have had to involve paypal to get answers...Sugar is the name the person who you deal with...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I got the scanner and it would not work. They took 24 hours to respond and the messages were always something else nothing that anwsered my questions. I could not resolve the issue called my bank and did a charge back. You would think they would take this scanner back already but still they are avoiding my messages or questions how to return it to them. Stay away.

The worst company which I deal with. They dont have items in stock, holding money for month, doesn't respond to email. Maybe their tools are good, but the way of customer service, and service doesn't show that at all. I don't wanna think how people need to struggle with guarantee etc.
Keep as far as you can from them.
I paid for my item 12.01.2020 to day we have 28.02.2020, no item no money no single answer for my questions .... thanks paid through paypal so my money are safe.

Once they get your money they will not respond to any concerns / problems regarding your order. Please look elsewhere.
