Very nice bank and very helpful for banking for a takeaway. The app is easy to use.

I needed a business account for my restaurant to help me with managing my payments and look at the expenses and also keeping everything organised without any hassles.
I am with xonder bank now for a while now and it is good for the finances for my restaurant
They helped me with the setting up of it when I recieved and they linked together the business accounts and was nice and easy and very friendly people
I am also checking the balances and the payments from the customer's and moving the money between the accounts with no problems

The Bottom Line: Xonder is solid for music producers and independent hustlers handling their own money and it’s free. It gets the job done, maybe could level up in a few areas but still, I rock with it heavy.

Worst company ever, I’ve been unable to transfer for more than a week now. Customer support doesn’t reply or anything

My friend sent the payment to my account but still not received to my account. Very very worst service. I try to contact customer services they atten my call and put in to silent mode . Don't go for this account

Given Xonder app a go and I’ve got to say it’s been pretty decent so far. None of the faff you’d expect with a traditional bank and the app layout is easy to suss out.
The customer service chat sorted me out quickly when I had a hiccup with setting up invoice which was good.
All in all it’s a straightforward, reliable and doesn’t over complicate things

my brother sent me money to my account literally only £240 however it’s taken nearly a week and it’s still not in my bank , tried calling the number does not answer and emails are not being replied to. money was needed urgently so has now put me in a bit of a problem need sorted asap .

Just started a new venture selling fashion goods and finally ready to get the ball rolling! Last thing on my list was a bank account for this business.
I’m not clued up on what type of accounts benefit me and my local banks were charging hefty fees if I was to open a business account with them. As you can imagine, my main focus is to get the business thriving as I’ve just started it up and to pay fees per transaction I just cannot afford at the moment.

I’ve then been told by friends and family to look at a very basic bank account and there are many free banking apps that would do the job. I done some enquiries and all seemed decent to be fair, but I stuck with xonder because the the signup was just quick and easy. I was referred to xonder by my card terminal provider. I saw it was a free business account, they give me a bank card and there were no fees. So I gave it a try and got signed up and my account was up and running in 2 days.

I think it’s very important to have a team who are ready and available to help you and have me all the information I needed. I was impressed by the customer service.
When my account was live I was actually surprised with the tools available in the app and are actually quite handy. I won’t go into details as this is already getting a bit long, but I must say it’s brilliant for a free app you can download.

Overall, I am happy I chose xonder as my business bank as I feel they understand the struggles of being a new business owner and were very helpful every step of the way. 👍 I now have all my transactions coming through this account and have regular statements which I can simply download and hand over to my accountant. I would like to give a big thank you to all the team who helped me and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get started with a free account. Take care xonder team 😁

Hi, I am going to leave a review for this company as I feel I am very satisfied and glad I chose this company for my business bank. I’ve been through about 5/6 banks and have had issues with each one! I was hesitant to download Xonder as I almost lost hope lol other apps either take too long to get my account approved, the app crashes, or their customer support teams are just not helpful at all! I was surprised to find Xonder had approved my account within a few steps and my account was live after couple days. I don’t usually leave reviews until I am fully happy but it’s been a month of using the app now and I can say I am very happy with choosing Xonder.all my transactions from customers are coming to this account and I also use the account to pay my suppliers.

I downloaded the xonder bank app on my phone a few months back and I am happy to say everything is working nicely. I have tried a few banking apps but I have stuck with xonder bank as everything is running smoothly with no issues. If you are looking for a free bank account for your business I would highly recommend xonder as It is straight forward and the help desk on the in app chat has been available straight away

Absolute joke they’ve held my money ransom for 3 months and have not gotten back to me. Opened this in an attempt of it being a suitable business bank account.

Boy I was truly mistaken please business owners stay far far away!

they are also withholding my money and I cannot withdraw anything from my balance. No response from support emails, the telephone number just says not available & even whatsapp chat is non responsive.

Farat is the sole owner of the company who also owns XEPOS. I have emailed him directly with the ame outcome. nothing.

Time to report them to the FCA & financial ombudsman to escalte the issue.

This is a scam, the company will ask for personal details such as your Whatsapp giving them information they should not have access to.
