Fantastic item that looks like-new (advertised as grade-A refurbished). Considerably cheaper than any alternative option.

Delivery was prompt as well as XSonly's customer service to any queries I had.

I've used XSonly for purchases since 2016 and they have always impressed with their service overall. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Yea purchase a cd player/smart dab radio. Xsonly was very good and I had to return one item "my fault entirely." Service prompt, reasonable priced delivery time reasonable, that was more due to bank holiday

Bought a refurbished sound bar, when it came it was like new and everything works fine as should, the purchase was quick and easy and a fast delivery, would definitely recommend Xsonly, thanks guys.

Not a good experience. The laptop was faulty and ended up £23 out of pocket with delivery charges. I’m still waiting for my refund. My advice would be to avoid buying anything from this company

Shipped fast unfortunately had to return do to my own fault but really fast and helpful replies making the return process as simple as possible

Looks like almost brand new because some protective film on some surfaces
Very good conectivity and lot of cables
Decent sound for the money, half price, only on Bluetooth set the sound not great
But I use only for movie and with audio cable everything ok

Needed a simple windows laptop in a hurry and after nearly collapsing at the prices (it's at least 6 years since I bought one) found a machine I liked at Currys was half the price at Xsonly.

The laptop was reconditioned but looked brand new. No instructions although everything is easily activated. Completely updated and usable within the hour. I'm typing this on it two weeks after the very fast delivery.

Would use again.

Items as described posted on time. Very good experience.

Was sceptical at first since I never heard about them but they delivered exactly what I wanted and expected if not better. The delivery was quick too but it was express after all. Only thing I would like is if there was a cheaper delivery option but can’t complain.

They sent an incompatible part even though the website shows a picture of the part I wanted.

When I emailed for a refund they said the correct part was at their warehouse and that they’ll send it to me.

It was too late I had to go elsewhere

The item was pictured with the small bracket. But I was sent one with the wrong bracket.

They did send me out the smaller bracket after I had enquired but it was too late. I sourced the part from Amazon.

The reason why I left one star is because it was a bit of a time waste for me. I was building a computer for someone and I couldn’t wait around as I had to deliver them their computer.

So I left one star because my experience with the shop impacted me negatively.

But in all fairness I will have to include they did do all that they possible could to try and make it right. They did act quick but it was already too late. There was no room for error. Maybe if someone else had more time on their hands they’d feel as if the quick response from XS only deserves better feedback. For that reason alone I’ll amend the star rating to a three.

It wouldn’t be fair for me to leave a four or a five as xsonly didn’t get it right the first time round.

Very impressed, machine looked pristine physically. Technically, there seemed to a bit of a botched installation, nothing that rebuild from an ISO didn't fix.

They sent the wrong laptop, I contacted them but I just get emails saying that they can’t email me! I just want to return this laptop and get what I ordered.
