You enrolled on 31st May 2024 for the Canada PR Full Service (RCIC – GBP package), and since then, our team has actively worked on your case. Several key services have already been delivered, including:

Issuance of your Canada Evaluation Report and a complete document checklist.

Guidance on ECA (Education Credential Assessment), resulting in your Master’s equivalency.

Complimentary IELTS coaching and Job Search Services (JSS).

Registrations under multiple Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) such as Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, British Columbia, and Prince Edward Island.

Job Bank registration and sharing of job application resources.

Guidance on Caregiver and other Canada PR program pathways.

We would like to clarify that eligibility for Canada PR is strictly based on IRCC requirements, which include achieving the minimum IELTS band score. Since the IELTS requirement was not met, the process could not move forward to the next stage. This is an external factor beyond our control and does not make the case eligible for a refund, as services promised and contracted have been delivered in full.

Our focus has always been to provide you with maximum support, guidance, and access to multiple immigration pathways. While a refund is not applicable in this case, our team remains available to guide you further should you wish to reattempt IELTS or explore alternative programs.
