Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Tonia and Asif can’t do enough for you. They both strive to help as much as possible. Wouldn’t use anyone else for our company mobiles and phone requirements.

Upgrade Enquiry
We have dealt with Yappl for a number of years. The service has always been great. Helen in particular has and continues to be so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We have also recently dealt with Emma who again provided excellent prompt service.

Wouldn't Use Anyone Else for Business Mobiles
Have recently moved our business mobiles over to Yappl as I have used them before and have always been fab. Tonia and Nic were really patient as I kept changing the number of users we needed. Once the proposal had been accepted Nic & Kay kept me informed of everything that would happen. Kay sent really detailed instructions as were were porting a lot of numbers. On the day of porting, everything went through but we had an issue with one of the handsets for a key member of staff and I was flapping. Paul worked his magic and got it sorted really quick.

Yappl are great
Yappl are great, we use them for all our office mobile orders. Helen and Kay provided a great service as always, no faffing about they just find the best deal and get the order in - what more can you ask for.

Above and beyond personal service
I'd never heard of Yappl before now, but I'm so glad I found them. Looking for a small number of business contracts on SIM only I assumed I would be very low priority but the team have gone above and beyond, especially Helen and Lindsay. They have us up and running in under 48 hours from my first enquiry and so helpful along the way. Strong recommend!

We recently made the switch to Yappl for our telecommunications needs, and I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From our initial inquiry to setting up our mobile phone connections, their service has been top-notch.
Asif, our dedicated salesman, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, offering expert guidance to help us choose the best solutions for our business. His customer-first attitude and attention to detail were evident every step of the way.
