I am beyond upset with this company. Their site is absolutely terrible; managing your free complimentary listing is extremely difficult and convoluted. All they want to do is sell, and have a partner (Thryv) to try and sell you SEO services and other stuff that will work as a dashboard to better manage your listing. Honestly, YP is dead, and they did nothing to keep up with the times. Uploading pictures to your business' free listing is a nightmare; you can't delete what you upload, you make changes to the listing or add services you offer as a business and some may post, some may not... You constantly get ERROR messages on the site saying "This must be resubmitted, you may have encountered a temporary glitch".. It is terrible. I'm done with them. I rather delete my listing. Who goes to YP anyway?

Shame on the owner of the McDonalds on 22 Ave South in Gulfport Fl! Entered the so called restaurant on Sun Feb 19th, 2023 to pick up breakfast for my grandson only to find a Circus going on. The lines outside were piled up, and inside tons of people were standing around. At first I see the one lady serving "Sweetheart this and sorry baby that," but then I noticed something. She nearly chopped my head off when I asked for utensils after waiting over 20 mins for an agg and a hash brown. And the people waiting to be served was an elderly white couple, 2 white old men and a Mexican lady and myself. Now I know what happened over 400 yrs ago was not fair or nice, but reverse discrimination isn't either. The rift working there should not be allowed to work as their behavior was like they were in their backyard during a family bar-b - que and all they needed was the beer. Grown adults and young kids both goofing off. This small lovely town of Gulfport with it's diverse people deserve respect and to have a McDonalds or any establishment run with dignity. Shame shame shame on this owner! Hopefully it will shut down soon so another decent food place can offer folks decent food and decency in service.

Signed a contract with them and now they are wanting to change the terms (raise the rate). So they want to change the terms of contract yet we are supposed to abide by our terms. This is illegal. Customer service is a joke!! Very rude. Also, we have not gotten what we paid for. This is the biggest rip off ever. With the reviews they get I would think they would want to make their existing customers happy. Please DO NOT USE THRYV.

[  ] I started working at Bonefish Grill early November 2022. I made it to a whole year and 3 months. During the pandemic. Neil Scott hired me. He is a wonderful Boss. Then I met Eleanor Braxton. She is also a  Phenomenal Manager. Everyone loves her. She trained me. You can go to her for anything. And she will hear you out and find a solution. She was the 2nd manager I met. Then it was Jessica Stewart.  I did my BBI training with. She is loved and still missed by many employees. She had a spirit of life. Now on the other hand there is a 4th manager and her name is Marissa Merino. Working with this lady for a year was rough.she is biased.  She is very rude. I have seen her personally in my face yell at the host or hostess from across the bar or dining area. She doesn't work good under pressure at all.  I was working on shift. And it was a bee in the establishment. Due to the back door being open. I told her leave the bee alone. She got one of the cooks to kill the bee. The water sprinklers went off. She was acting like a mad lady. I have a video of it.  She doesnt know how to talk in a critical situation.  September 25th 2022, Marissa Merino was sick. She had covid. And she was the  Expeditor that night. Meaning she is controll of the food being passed out to the tables.  She was one that day touching, sneezing and handing french fries with her bare hands. I told her she smelt like sweaty Vicks. What kind of person knowing your sick handles someone food. She got mad at me. And didn't talk to me for a week. Marissa Merino talks crap about everyone. She has her favorites. Marissa Merino has gotten people fored for no reason. The whole Establishment meaning all the employees don't like her. I've seen people quit because of her. She goes out to smoke cigarettes.  I have to  look for her outside in the back of the restaurant.  She comes in NEVER WASHES HER HANDS FROM SMOKING.
[  ] When I got hired. She referred to herself as a Female Dog. She wears the same clothes all the time. All of the other managers wear the company Bonefish Grill shirts. She got mad at me when I asked her "how come you she doesn't wear the company shirts. She stopped talking to for days. Marissa thinks she is untouchable.  Marissa Merino in not a nice lady at All.
[  ] I have seen employees come late everyday. I have seen employees talking rough in her face. And she doesn't do anything. She has the nerve to talk about the costumers bad. She is the manager on Duty. She never like to talk to the costumers.
[  ] A year of being there I had 2 tables wanted to talk to her. She said " What the hell do they want"  she hates talking to customers.

There is no structure when she is manager on shift . She lies about how we receive our money from private parties. I have seen her personally take money away from me when I took care of her family from Peru. I gave the best service.  This is not okay.  She favorites anyone that SPEAKS SPANISH ‼️‼️‼️
She doesn't want to loose her job for beating anyone up via Employees.
I have a witness that heard her say that. She flirts with all the Bonefish men employees. She doesn't know how to deliver when she speaks. She is rude to All the employees.  She makes her own rules when General Manager Neil Scott isnt working that shift.  As a manager she doesn't know hot to control anything going on in the restaurant, meaning she doesnt know how to remain calm in any situation which makes it hard for employees to focus because she acts as if they are cause for her  Discrepancies. My reason for writing this review is to let everyone know you have a voice.  Marissa Merino you Lied on me. After being there for a year and some. Customers love me. I have Never had a bad complaint about me or my service. I honestly feel I was targeted and I will make sure everyone knows the full truth. If your looking for Eployment at Bonefish Grill and by me writing this. RUNN.
You took my job from me  Marissa Merino you are wrong. And I will make sure this never happens to  good employee..

They don't provide good customer service and the lady that answers the phone doesn't reply when speaking to her. Her and her boss both are rude and poor customer service. Customers that pay early and on time, an when their system is down, they don't let customers know til the customer calls. Cash n Go Buffalo mo. They lost a customer due to their customer service but they show no care at all.

Dont use this company , my contract with half a year ended with not even 1 call from them , after that im trying to cancel it for another half a year , cancelation department not answering the phone all the time , now im just 3 hours on a phone still no answer, not sure how much time i need to spend more . So angry!!!!!!!!!!!

Yellow Pages Digital Marketing service is an AWFUL service. I used them for a 6-month contract - got no value out of it. I then called to cancel the account BEFORE the end of the contract and they told me they automatically renewed it for another 6 months without sending me any notice!!!
In addition, I literally spend 12+ hours on hold over many calls to try and resolve this.
In the end, even when I canceled the service, they charged me for an extra 3 months!!!
This service only exists to scam clients and extort as much money as before they cancel the account.
NEVER USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON.

Yellow pages is a totall scam not a Canadian company will not end your contract given 5 phone numbers to end our contract and they will not allow it. DO NOT USE YELLOW PAGES!

Very rude staff that do not consider small businesses. One of their agents even decided to tell me how to run my business which was rather nice of him.

Another 7 months to see out of my contract.... By which point the biggest wave of relief will come over me.

Yell themselves are in debt, so hopefully they'll collapse leaving their incompetent staff laid off.

They don’t tell you that it is a contract. They told me I can try a year to see how good would be. And my business didn’t grow at all. Not even one review. I kept receiving an invoice and I told myself why. I responded to the invoice that why sending me invoice. I am not interested to have any advertising in yellow page and no answer and they called me today that I have to pay. Government should take action for yellow page that rapes their customer. Yellow-page is a scam never trust them. They steal your money.

Absolute Scam. Two years of calling and they couldn't figure out how to change my business name. I paid $115 TWICE to have the former owner's business name listed in the Yellow Pages phonebook, and they refused to give me a refund even after they assured me it would be changed next year. There's no way for you to check what they're going to print, as all the information was correct online and on my invoices. It's also $35 a month to be listed online (and when you update your business information online, it is a totally separate service from the book, so beware that any changes you make online will not adjust the listing you pay for).

They never actually asked me to sign a contract or sent me any terms or conditions, they had a contract with the former owner. When I told them it's a sole proprietor business, and the former owner has nothing to do with me or my business, they basically said too bad. When I finally asked to just cancel service, they said I was already on contract for another year - although when I asked what proof of contract they had, they only had a verbal phone agreement with the former owner TWO years before I owned the business. When we called together when I took over Yellow Pages told me to just update the billing information - DO NOT DO THAT! Legally, you should open a new account. Finally they said "in good faith" they are letting me only pay for three more months. Literally they have no contract with me, and I can't get out of paying?

They auto-renew without ad proofs or confirmation, or literally informing you of anything. It should be illegal, No other business does this!

They cannot change your business information in their own service, unless your phone provider AND Telus changes the 411 listing. And you have to call those third parties yourself (wait, what am I paying YP for then?) And if they don't happen to get the order to change it(they claim, although the other providers assure me they DID send it), they don't bother to let you know, even after you have called all those companies and them and wasted tons of time. So apparently if they "don't receive" an order from Telus to change it, their system reverts back to the old name, without informing you. So again next year you are in the same boat and basically they are charging you a very high price to do nothing, and if you complain, they just blame the other company and refuse to have any responsibility or accountability for their system or procedures. I spoke to two separate managers who told me tough luck. They didn't even apologize.

P.S. It's FREE to be in the phonebook, you DO NOT NEED TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON YELLOW PAGES

P. P.S. Wasted junkmail is killing the planet, and every year when the phonebook comes out the recycling and garbage is full of mounds of them. No one uses them anymore. Let this horrible industry die.

P. P. P. P.S. Give your advertising money to Locals like newspapers, magazines, etc. Keep your money in your community instead of making more Billionaires who don't care about their customers rich.

The Dentristry in Streetsville is professional and efficient. The staff are quite pleasant and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

A guy named Hadi Karake kept calling me to pursue a sale to promote my business for 12 months with $50/month. After closing his sale, he did not respond to any of my emails or call. Instead, he put an automatic reply email to mention that he is no longer working for yellowpage canada. After this I understand this is a grey business when they just wanna sell you something you already had. Please avoid using yellowpage in Canada or you just waste your money for nothing.

Horrible contract terms, DO NOT SIGN with this scam of a company. Yellow pages was KING in the 90's they are done now. and we are stuck supporting them for another year due to impossibility to cancel.

Absolutely awful, the sales team there are relentless and very misleading. Don’t not pay for the sponsored adds in your area where they promise you new customers, I’ve not had one in 3 months and I pay over £63 a month. Locked me into a 12 month contract, then you get the sales team a week later saying you need to buy more areas to get more work, just to make you spend more. They really shouldn’t lock you into 12 months, I’m literally paying for nothing. They show you stats on the call to massively lead you down the garden path. Gutted I signed up with them but nothing I can do now other than keep paying my direct debit until the contract is up. It’s really not worth a penny. They should stick to being just a directory, they are not digital marketers. Sales team will hound you

Honestly just save yourself the headache and don't use any service they offer. They will charge you ridiculous fees and not cancel your contract even when you request it officially. They bully small companies in to paying, are subject to lawsuits all over the place. Just don't use the service you will regret it. One of the worst companies you will ever deal with. Again don't use their services

This is a dead program 9 months 3 calls $60 per month for service. Do not use this program. They would not let me discontinue the service. I have to pay. Incredibly bad at customer service. This has been a learning lesson. It was awful.
