DO NOT BUY a Yettel prepaid card that is advertised to have roaming minutes and internet included. They often do not work, and if they do it is after long conversations with Yettel - that is if you have another number that has roaming so you can call them.

Almost missed my taxi and other events because Yetter prepaid is simply completely unreliable for roaming.

They subscribed me to some lucky ticket game without my concent that charge me 0.4 per day and you cannot cancel until you call they customer service that charges 0.04 per min (no other mobile service charges for their customer service) than you wait 10min in queue you being charged of course. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE CROOKS

Yettel lied my father when signing previous contract about a free card with internet, that was paid. Also his contract was indexed first with 20% and then with 10% for less than 2 years.
It's absolute scheme to rob people and force them to pay more and more.
Better don't sing any contract use the carrier on the terms you want.

Absolute bad actors on the market that are selling broken Samsung Galaxy Ultra 24 phones.

I should have been very wary about doing any other business with this bunch of con artists in bulgaria yettel. My contract ended and did not play as signed for. So i took out a prepaid card which is heavily advertised at 30days despite contacting yettel and getting a cloudy answer my data was cut off at 11days on 2 occasions which is not advertised at point of sale. Goodbye to yet another bunch of con artists.

Wanted some minutes no data. I paid 10 lev (£4). Received no minutes because I supposedly used 4mb of data immediately even though my mobile data was off. I was told one notification was all my data therefore my minutes were void. I told the man In shop it was a con and he said it was because Yettel want everyone on contract. Throughout this experience a lady was arguing with the other shop assistant. Horrible experience but thank God they never had access to my bank details.

Don’t even think of using their service, they will sell you even a new plan without saying anything when they put a thousand papers to sign and you will find this out later in your bill, when, unfortunately, you are stupid enough to buy a smartphone there, without doing your own research, when you already have a plan with them. The sold me a Huawei smartphone, completely worthless with Google products - so i felt so cheated and unhappy

Don’t even think to use their service, two days waiting for engineers to comes and connect the TV and wi-fi. Every time you call and ask them you receive the answer, we have to reschedule again 😂Today i’ll cancel the service.

5 days without wifi, we call everyday, they answered us
We will call you in five minutes, they never call, second time they told in 10 minutes somebody come to you at home nobody come, third day they told we don’t speak English and when we call we put 8 for having someone who speaks English, another day they told don’t worry we wrote it in the system, we are three at home we go to the restaurant for working is it normal? And we pay the bill is it normal? We worked with hot spot and we received in all our mobile notifications that our applications have more data than usual. Who will pay ?
Today I called he answered like usual we will call you later I don’t accept and I explained the problem, the guys told me it’s in the system and he closed .
Until now no solution. Unfortunately We pay for this bad service .

They are just the same mafia that before was named Telenor.
They are specialized in cheating and threatening customers.

Horrible network, they were sold and resold three times, they charge obscene amounts per MB, they should be put in line, as they are defrauding the clients with excessive fees and someone should regulate and stop this scandalous behavior, my 80 year old father spent 5 days in Switzerland barely using his phone and they served him with 400 euro bill, unacceptable

Избягвайте! Ще се опитат по всякакъв възможен начин да ви измамят, излъжат и обвържат с години напред ако не сте запознат с това което следва. Днес за да се оправя с тях се наложи да чакам 2 часа, да звъня в НАП и 6 пъти до оператор за да им обясни какво да правят в дадена ситуация. Изключително нагло и некомпетентно поведение от страна на персонала.

Използвах Telenor, името на компанията се промени, разбира се, собственикът или партньорите също се промениха. Тъй като имам час за лизинг на една от моите абонаментни линии, смених предплатената си SIM карта на абонаментна и получих телефонно обаждане. Въпреки това, при необмислено поведение на персонала в магазина, те издават фактурите на две сим карти като 1 фактура. По този начин определено пречи на това, което казвате и какво използвате. Написах имейл, обясняващ това. Аз самият в момента съм на 1500 километра от България и щях да го заявя. Казах също, че нямам програма да отида в България за 4-5 месеца, докато пиша имейла. Тази невежа фирма обаче ме съветва да дам пълномощно на някого. Много добре знам, че тази тъпа фирма ще приеме пълномощно, което ще бъде издадено от български нотариуси или преведено. Обаче ако давам пълномощно вече щях да съм в България и да си върша сама работата, защо да давам пълномощно? Освен това защо давам пълномощно на някого? Искам да кажа, че не разбират.
Никой друг оператор няма толкова гадна услуга!
Като провокират хората, ме карат да мисля да не плащам никакви сметки в случая.
Просто казвам, че искам да видя фактурите на 2 различни сим карти поотделно. Това има моя важна цел!

Не мога да се обадя и по телефона, защото таксата за роуминг е много скъпа. Те също така добавят разходи към допълнителната сметка. Накратко, има грабеж!

Те принуждават хората да подпишат много лош договор в спешен порядък, без да им оставят време да прочетат или да помислят, като имат много по-лоша оферта и много по-скъпа.
