YKB electrical came down today to do an EICR. As an aspiring electrician, Uncle Yakub (the electrician) kindly took the time to explain the process making it a valuable learning experience.
It is clear that the electricians at YKB electrical genuinely care about both the quality of their work and helping others develop in the trade.
I can’t recommend them enough for those who are looking for knowledgeable, caring and friendly electricians.

Fiaz was straight forward very good to diagnose problem. He got very sweet tongue in his mouth. Very honest and trustworthy.

Excellent service. Came out quickly to fix an electrical fault with my fuse box (RCD constantly tripping). He was calm, professional, and didn’t rush the job. took the time to properly find and fix the issue.

Called YKB to diagnose a fault. The service was excellent and prompt, with Fiaz attending the same day. Would highly recommend.

Fiaz came out very quickly when we lost power to all our sockets , with no obvious trip on the fuse board. He listened to what appliances had been in use at the time and quickly diagnosed the problem and rectified it before providing some advice. We had been let down by a company who had confirmed they would come out within 2 hours, only to call back to say they couldn't come out until the next morning! Fiaz stepped in and arrived very quickly.

Came the same day to re connect out supply to a new property

I called him a short notice notice and completed the job days my mum is helping Liam was worried about someone turning up as she wasn’t going out that day but he made her feel very comfortable and relaxed
