My experience with FATbit Technologies and their product Yo!Kart has been extremely disappointing.
I’ve spent over $70,000 on this project, and to this day, it’s still not functioning properly due to endless technical problems and unprofessional service.

Every single thing they do costs extra — even the smallest updates. When I purchased the system, they promised that mobile app setup was included in the contract, but later I was surprised to learn I had to pay an additional $700 just to “update the system” so that the apps could even work.

The website speed is terribly slow. I’ve tried every possible way to optimize it with no success. Their technical team is unresponsive and inconsistent — they take days or weeks to reply, and when they finally do, they fix one minor issue while leaving all others unresolved (and often the fix is incorrect).

I strongly believe they intentionally delay responses just to let the warranty expire, so they can charge me again for support.

They even tried to make me pay for issues that were completely their fault — like the Shopify API integration, which they mishandled multiple times, causing my site to go down repeatedly. After all this, they admitted it was their API problem but still expected me to pay for it.

To make things worse, I later discovered I don’t own the source code — only a license to use it, despite being told I’d fully own the system.

They also claimed that the package included Facebook/Google login setup and digital marketing consultation, but after nearly a year, I never received a single piece of marketing advice or support — nothing was ever delivered as promised.

The system itself has many missing features compared to what was advertised. Even after updates, the platform remains buggy, slow, and unstable.

Their entire business model seems focused on charging clients for every small fix or modification, even when it’s clearly part of the original setup.

⚠️ In short: FATbit Technologies / Yo!Kart is unreliable, slow, and misleading in their promises. If you’re thinking about working with them — don’t. You’ll end up wasting time, money, and energy just like I did.

We’ve been working with Yo!Kart and FATbit Technologies for several years and have found their marketplace solution to be robust and customizable. The platform offers a range of features, and while enhancements come at a cost, they ensure a tailored and well-supported system.

A key highlight of our experience has been the dedicated support from Deepak, who has been highly responsive and helpful in addressing our requirements. His assistance has made the development process smoother and more efficient.

These people are jokers and money suckers! Their company is setup purely to suck more and more money out of you.

Their software is full of bugs and by no means a complete marketplace software as they've advertised.

Every bug you encounter will cost you a lot of money to fix!!

Every additional customization you need, no matter how simple will cost you 10 times what you paid for the original license.

Listen to me because my team and I have been working with them for a few years now just to have a customised platform developed. We have been eating their bullshit for so long and now I am writing this review to warn others about the flaws in their so called software.

In my entire business life, I have never come across such money greedy company like this, they put money first before customer satisfaction.

From my experience with them, I think they purposely leave out some common marketplace features or make it to have bugs, then ask you to pay more and more and more and more... to fix those "issues".

If you decide not to pay, they stop talking to you or offering you support.

The only way to get them to listen to you is if you talk about money that you are about to pay them.

How can a marketplace software not have a fully functioning shipping module integrated? They've made this subpar in our own system and have asked us to pay big money to upgrade it.

To give you a summary of our experience with them, we originally bought the license for around $1500 but after the fixing little bugs and making little customizations, we've ended up paying this greedy company more than $30,000 just to have a working marketplace software.

Right now, we still have little fixes (that's not our fault) to be done but as always, they are asking for more money for it.

Let's say you are rebranding and switching domains, you will have to pay for a new marketplace software license for the domain you wish to rebrand to even though its the same company with the same company name! Then what happens to the previous "lifetime license" I paid for, you may ask? According to them: "It's discarded!" ... Like seriously, discarded??, just so you can make money on a new license!!

Also, hiring an external developer to work on their software is difficult because the code is not open source and not many devs know about it, they have to undergo a lengthy learning process first before being able to do anything on the code plus they discourage hiring external devs by saying that once any other dev outside their team touches their code, your warranty would be voided!

Needless to say, I am so disappointed with Yokart and Fatbit technologies that I won't ever recommend anyone deal with them, just a colossal waste of time and money!

I found myself very well with Yo-kart. It is a very well done project that adapts to all needs. The assistance can be said to be 24 hours a day. Always kind and helpful

The platform boasts a wealth of features, and should you require any additional functionalities, the team is adept at implementing affordable customizations. You'll find a comprehensive set of tools to jumpstart and launch your business, complemented by extensive documentation and manuals for software utilization.

I spent a huge chunk of my savings for Worpdress plugins and ADS in order to setup my multivendor marketplace. 6 months of custom developments and tryings, just to get emails from my vendors, that the system is very unintuitive and hard to use. The UI//UX was also terrible. All that until I found about Yo!kart. Took three days of research to compare the other similar platforms, but hands down, this was the best one and exaclty what I was looking for! The team also installs the platform on your own server for free!

Customer support is a standout feature. They resolved our issues promptly, and I always felt valued as a customer. The platform aim to make procurement and supplier management more efficient, cost-effective, and strategic, ultimately benefiting our business's bottom line and growth prospects

Easy to set up and manage the storefront without any coding expertise. The solution supports customization options and covered all the bases we wanted to build our online storefront. The functionality and customer assistance is extensive. Very happy with the final product and support team.

They promise lots then under deliver and stall so you pass the trial or refund period before they tell you that all the missing functionality will cost you 10x what you paid for the license. Not worth the headache of trying to communicate with them snd definitely not worth the cost for subpar web development filled with stupid bugs.

Anybody with fresh eyes looking at the YOKart multi-vendor proposition could be easily drawn in to thinking that all was robust and fit for purpose based on the convincing video and website.

Advice to anyone in retrospect after working with them, DIG a little and you will find that reference websites no longer use their multi-vendor script, many that they reference actually now use WooCommerce or Shopify which testifies to the inflexibility of their system, or the reference sites have gone offline, or exist in a broken state. Big claims in National newspapers quoted on their website are paid for articles by their CEO (you can Google it and see the small print), and you will find it really difficult to find many working examples out in the real World.

Look around at all solutions and really dig into the detail before engaging with them, the solution is bug-ridden and there is no visibility about fixes, and certainly no documentation issued to back up what they did. Losses were cut and moved on after 4 months!

I thought it was good, but it was really bad and cost a lot of money
