I think they paid these models to lie about the clothes. Nothing to run home about never will I ever buy your clothes again my experience with you was a hot mess. Cheap cheap cheap.

I agree with everyone and was cheated out my money. Clothes look nothing like picture poor quality and fit. It took weeks for my 3 dresses when asked for return address and instructions they said you need to reorder your size and pay an additional $13 per item shipping. I want to just go to PayPal for a refund.

I paid extra for expedited shipping on 2/14/23 and 9 days later my package is still on standby in another state waiting to be shipped.

It’s been a month and still haven’t received items shipping info says same facility for weeks

Ordered 1 item from them January 26th it is now February 20th and I have still yet to receive my package. When I track the order it keeps saying that it has left and arrived the same facility. It says a label was created February 4th, arrived at partner facility on the 5th, departed on the 10th, departed again on the 15th, and on the 18th it arrived at the partner facility after it left. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I ordered two dresses from yoclubwear and they did not look anything like the advertised pictures at all so I returned them. Yoclubwear never picked up the package and the items were returned to me. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. Customer service sucks, its coming from China and they have no intention of providing any customer service.

If I could give a -0 I wouldn’t beware don’t dare order from them. I placed order on Feb 8th and paid for expedited shipping. I emailed them and got a automated message saying it was processing that was 1 week ago. I’m now in process of trying to get a refund. THEY NEED YO BE SHUT DOWN

They are a SCAM i was suppose to receive my order within 5-7 business days its been 2 weeks! Thank God i ordered through paypal so i was able to dispute the transaction and get my money back

Terrible. You won’t get what you ordered for months and they won’t help you. Avoid.

I ordered a jacket January 27th 2023. It's been sitting in Fairfield NJ for 72 plus hours. This is so ghetto. Keep y'all customers updated on they packages daily. I sure won't be ordering from YoClub NOMORE. THAT'S FOR SURE. MY FIRST & LAST TIME. First I was suppose to receive it January 31st....Then February 2nd...Now it stop updating like come on now. It's my BIRTHDAY I'M SO MAD.

Placed an order on 1/23/2023, site says it takes 5-7 business days. However, I have yet to receive any email tracking information. Keep contacting the company thru email, Sasa the customer service agent says it’s in processing . It’s a scam , don’t order . Requesting for my money back asap

I made my order on the 6th of January and they keep telling me it’s coming an I paid for express it’s literally been in customs 🛃 in Chicago since the 19th and I keep talking to them through email and they just keep saying a few more days at first it was a week extra it’s now January the 30th and it still have moved from Chicago. Yeah I went to Paypal and got my money back 🤦🏽‍♀️ DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM‼️‼️ they need to be shut tf down

I ordered a coat back in November around thanksgiving. I messaged them three times. Twice they replied and said it was processing. The last time they said the item is sold out and to choose something else. I can’t get my money don’t have no coat, and I would NEVER order anything else. Then I received an email that said my package was being held unless I paid 3 dollars. I look at the email at the bottom it’s says unsubscribe, it’s a scam trying to steal my card information. I believe it’s this company so please DO NOT renter your card info to pay to have your package delivered. I’m livid that they are still in business. They need to be shut down.

This company is located in China, not black owned, not American owned. Even if you pay extra for rush shipping, you will get the items within 2 to 3 weeks. The hemming on the designs are sloppy, the material used are not as described, customer service is a generic automated response you get within 24-48 hours and when you attempt to obtain a refund you will not get the full amount or any at all. For example, we returned the clothing for horrible production and the items are sitting in customs hold since October 2022. With no resolution in site as the company will not attempt to retrieve the items and will not provide the 80 percent refund till they receive the items. When we inquire about this, they provide the same generic response stating they will issue the refund once they receive the items but will not attempt to find out why they are sitting in customs, in China, since October 2022.

I got my order a month later and I am pleased with my purchase but still not satisfied with everything else

If I could give a 0 score, I would. It took over a month for me to receive my craft projects that they call clothing, and that was only after I reported them to PayPal. I could not wear these items in public. They are very, very poorly made and the materials are very cheap and see through… Thankfully I used PayPal because they refused to return my money. I just received my money yesterday. The order was placed on Nov. 5th. Steer clear of these frauds. The clothes only look good online!!!

Definitely writing a review and posting to ALL social media platforms! why does it take so long to process my order to have it shipped? very unprofessional! i ordered 15 days ahead of time! Ridicuous, just shut your business down, YOCLUBWEAR do not care about quality, or reviews until it gets them shut down! SERIOUSLY DO BETTER!

I bought 2 coats from yoclubwear.com and when I say they are a fraud I mean that to the 10th Power. They advertise one thing and send another. What they sent me are items u probably can get from 5 and below or Dollar General. That is how bad it was. I order mid length coats that were long hair faux with big puffy sleeves. They sent waist length or kids jackets. They weren't even coats.

I placed an order on 11/19/22, it's 01/03/23 and have not received my order yet, when tracking it's be in transit since 12/24/22 this is website is a SCAM
