Paid for 5-7 days shipping it’s 14 days later and I’m still waiting!

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this site, paid for express delivery I thought 3-5Days who is counting I’m still waiting it passed 10days.😠

I'm going to Cancun in September so I order Several items from this site, That was before I read ALL the Scary Horrible reviews, So I begin to Panic like what have I done. Items arrived in a timely matter (2weeks)
First Iwant to say that I knew out the Gate that this wasn't a Neiman Marcus or Dillard's or some Upscale Rodale Drive type of site (u get what you pay for) my items were nice Yes on the cheap looking side but nice. The sizing was just ok Not bad but ok when your a big girl you cant get upset if it doesn't fit!! i like ALL the pieces !!! Will I Order Again from this site..WELL THE JURY IS STILL OUT!!!!

This was the absolute worst experience ever.. I wear a 16, got a dress in 3xl because I am very tall. The dress fit my niece who wears a size 6 and 5'2"..... the quality is awful and not worth your time, PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE!!! A month later I am still waiting for my shipping refund...

Ordered two of the same dress using their size charts. I normally wear a medium but added large in case I wanted the dress to be a bit looser. I couldn't zip up either dress. Waaaay too small. Also paid for expedited shipping and package arrived two weeks after the date stated. Am currently trying to return and am receiving a major run around from customer service.

I ordered a jacket and paid for express order. It came 2 and 1/2 weeks later. The sizing for the jacket was totally off(not at all close to the size ordered. Material for this item was poor quality and definitely not worth what I payed for this item. I have been unable to reach them by the email they provided. Please, do not buy ANYTHING from this company. It is a sham scam website. Never again will I consider this company. Sorry, I did not read these reviews 1st.

I sssssoooo wished I'd seen these reviews before purchase other than the fake ones they have on website i paid for express shipping on 6/2/2022 and item still as of 6/28/2022 has not been shipped keep saying going you refund my shipping but cant cancel because its been shipped when usps indicated that label was created but package never received i'm disputing this with CC company today because they are fraud oh and today they emailed me to tell me one of my items is sold out now so pick another item with same price and they will send I do not want anything from this company especially if quality is going to be TRASH!!

I hate this horrible crap they sent me today. Not even a grandma would wear this, nor a decent little girl. Nothing like the picture. Don’t waste your money with these people in China. I want a refund ASAP. This is not the same dress as in the picture provided. Scam. Scam. They should be taking down. It looks like what a homeless would wear 45 years ago. It’s not even the size I ordered a month ago.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! First of all it took almost a month for me to receive the garbage they call clothing. The material is cheap, satin-like, see through. A MESS. The size was waaayyyyy off. Looks like it was made for little kid, and I ordered an XL. I am very disappointed, the reviews on the website are totally the opposite from the reviews I am reading here. Do not purchase!!!!

Wish I would of read the reviews first because each one of them are right this company is a scam I placed an order 6/11/22 paid for express shipping to receive by my bday here it is 6/25/22 my dress is still sitting in the same spot it’s been at since I ordered it I keep reaching out for a refund and they keep telling me to give it a couple more days haven’t even even me a refund for the express shipping since it clearly didn’t make it within the 5-7 business days like it’s stated on the website terrible business operations DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ordering from this company you’ll be highly disappointed

SCAM ALERT! I ordered 4 dresses from this company. What a huge mistake? I literally waisted $123.06! I’m very dissatisfied with the dresses purchased! I wished I saw the reviews online prior to purchasing. The website pictures and the actual products don’t match. The materials are very very very cheap!!!! DON’T ORDER from this company! Someone in China is scamming WOMEN from around the world! This fake company’s website needs to be taken down immediately!!!!!! Yoclubwear doesn’t deserve a 1 star unfortunately that’s what I needed in order to start this review.

Ordered 3 different dresses in 3 different sizes based on their size charts. Such a scam. Material is crazy cheap and everything is see-through! Do not buy from this site. I do not know what I was thinking. Please stay away from this site!

This fraudulent site needs to be taken down like ASAP! They sent her an outfit that looked like a 7th graders home economics school work that was done in the dark. And they expect her to send it back for $109 shp fee, to get a refund of $56. Their a fraudulent comp & they've been shady long enough. They're lucky their not located in the US, because I'd make a trip personally to handle business!!!! So per their own refund policy, they refund any garment's poorly made, doesn't look like what was shown on that website. So I made that aware to them fraudsters, by sending them their own return/refund policy..highlighted of course. But their English must be off because they couldn't "understand the words appearing on their emails". I suggest every1 of y'alls who's been scammed by them, to get ahold of whtever card pymnts you used to pay for, their Fraud dept & advise how that company had stolen your money, by not sending you what you paid for, plus how their holding your refund $$ hostage, until you pay for the $100+ return fees. And then post on every website you possibly can about tht fraudulent online store. I've warned my Mother to make sure she reads the review's before she pays for anything & not the fake 1s that's on their website. So I'll be posting the photos sideBYside of what my Mom thought she was paying for & the bullish they sent her, each person I was emailing with..which im sure those names are fake. Look I'm nowhere racist, but how many ppl named Rose, Susan or Yolanda are running around in China? There's not1 single thing true about tht website & the more ppl get it, the better!

I ordered an item, paid extra for it to be delivered by June 3, it just arrived today! June 15! I am very disappointed.

Horrible DO NOT ORDER! SCAM!!! Item was ordered on 4/30/22, today it's 6/15/22 and order still has not arrive. Tracking indicates the order is at a usps in Jamaica Queens, NY since 5/11/22. When I requested a refund they said to give it a few more days. At this point I want my money back. Do not waste your money!!! IT's A SCAM!!!!!

Donot order from this company. First of all the sizes are off and the quality of the material is terrible. In addition when you need to return the item they give you a China address that will cost you atleast double to send back. Forcing you to keep this garbage. Then they want to offer you 10% off to buy another item. The funny thing is the packing slip address is in California. Scam company.... then they take forever to communicate with you via email. No direct number to contact customer service. worst experience ordering online.

The clothes are of poor quality and the sizes aren't accurate. The return process is ridiculous. Long story short...I donated the clothes.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am in tears writing this. After I spent my last money to get outfits for a very important event, the dresses came not true to size, not like what they are advertising and damaged. I reached out to them and they asked me to provide proof.I sent pictures twice and they went back and forth with me for a whole week. Guys, they told me to return the dresses for a refund with the return fee on me. I also cannot mail through dhl and basically all the mail centers around me. Why should I pay extra money to return a damaged item and get a refund. This is not fair. They are rude, unprofessional. If you want to order with them goodluck. Because they are so fake!. My God will punish them for what they have done to me. Whoever was behind replying my emails too will suffer ijn. Foolish people God will judge y’all.

Horrible quality. No customer service. Missing buttons. Missing parts of the dresses. The dresses look nothing like the pictures. Took weeks to arrive. I will have to trash the items, not even good enough to give away or get altered!
