I rented a car through Yolcu360 at Istanbul Airport and overall it was a great experience. The booking process on the website was very clear, prices were transparent, and there were plenty of car options to choose from.

When I went to pick up the car from the rental company, there was an issue with the deposit amount they requested, which was higher than what was shown during my reservation. I contacted Yolcu360 customer support immediately, and they responded very quickly. The support team spoke directly with the rental company and clarified everything within minutes.

Thanks to Yolcu360’s help, the issue was resolved without any stress, and I was able to pick up the car and continue my trip smoothly. The car itself was clean, in good condition, and the return process was fast and easy.

What really stood out was how professional and helpful the Yolcu360 staff were. They genuinely cared and handled the situation perfectly. I would definitely use Yolcu360 again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable car rental experience.

I recently had an incredible experience with Yolcu360 and wanted to share my story, especially to thank one of their customer service representatives, EFE, who was truly outstanding from start to finish.

When I was booking a car on their website, I faced some issues finding a rental company that would accept my profile (I’m 21 years old and have had my driving licence for less than three years). EFE personally called me internationally and guided me step by step until we found a suitable car rental partner. His patience and professionalism were exceptional.

After completing the booking and payment, the affiliate rental company contacted me saying they could not proceed with the rental because their minimum age requirement was 22, even though Yolcu360’s website stated 21. I contacted Yolcu360 again, and once more, EFE stepped in immediately. He explained the situation clearly, acknowledged the discrepancy between the two companies’ terms, and ensured I received a full refund the very next day with no fees.

He didn’t stop there — he even helped me find another car option that matched my age and licence conditions, which I successfully booked for my family trip. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected travel issue in Egypt (I needed a government security clearance permit to travel to Turkey), I was unable to fly and had to cancel the booking before the rental period started.

Although the refund process took longer this time due to a technical issue with the finance department, I eventually managed to reconnect with EFE, who immediately recognised me and helped once again. He contacted the finance team on my behalf and even arranged for a secondary bank account option to ensure the refund went through smoothly.

While not every customer service agent I spoke to had the same level of English fluency or communication clarity, EFE truly stands out — his English is excellent, his attitude is professional and friendly, and he genuinely cares about resolving customers’ problems.

In short, I highly recommend Yolcu360 not just for their wide range of car rental options, but especially for their reliable refund system and outstanding customer service. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a company handles them makes all the difference — and Yolcu360, thanks to EFE, handled everything perfectly.

I’ll definitely book with Yolcu360 again on my next trip to Turkey (this time with my travel clearance ready!).

Yurtdışı kredi kartımla rezervasyon yaptılar, türkiye kredi kartım yok dediğim halde, çünkü findeks konusunu biliyordum. Ancak aracı almak için 1 gün kaldığınca, araç
Firması aradı ve findeks sorgusu sonuç alamadığı için rezervasyonu iptal etti.
Yolcu360 aradım, bilgi verdim, birşey yapamayız dediler. Peki yurtdışından gelen turistler nasıl araç kiralıyorlar diye sorunca, bize ait durum değil dediler. Diyorum ki beni bu duruma sokmadan, önceden haber verseydiniz, REZERVASYON YAPMASAYDINIZ, bu nedir, hiç mi bilmiyorsunuz bu konuları, madem aracılık yapıyorsunuz!
Firmanın işlerinden pek haberi yok, yardımcı olmak için de gerekli adımlar atılmadı. Sürekli tekrarladıkları “Bizle ilgili değil, söz konusu firmaya bağlı”
İptal ettirirken de gerekçeyi “güzergahım değiştiği seçtirtti, yoksa geri ödemede sıkıntı yaşayacakmışım. “Findeks sorgusu” seçeneklerde var dediğim halde.. ne işler!

Fas gezimiz için yolcu 360 dan araç kiraladık. Gece 2 de Fas a vardık. Kiraladığımız araç için kiralama firması bizden, yolcu360 ın araç kira parasının hepsini kiralama firmasına ödemediği için geriye kalan miktarı bizden istedi. Biz de parayı yolcu360 a ödediğimizi belirterek ödeme yapmadık ve 50 Euro karşılığında 1 günlük aracı kiraladık. Yolcu360 ı aradık yurt dışı ile ilgilenen birimin mesai saatleri dışında çalışmadığı için muhatap bulamadık. İki saat soğukta adamları ikna etmeye çalıştık. Kiralama firması bizi 3 gün boyunca bize baskı yaptılar onlara para ödemesi yapmamız için. Gezimizi mahvettiler. Gezinin sonunda havaalanı otopark parası ve aracı mesai saatleri dışında teslim aldığımız için 25+100 dolar para istediler. Bu durumu yolcu360 a mail attık. Yolcu360 bu durumun normal olduğunu söylediler. Ve gezi sonunda ödemeleri yaptık ve aracı teslim ettik. Bu zararın giderilmesi için yolcu360 a mail attık ve dönüş olmadı. Bütün ödemelerimiz konuşmalarımız belgeli. Yurt dışında yolcu360 üzerinden araç kiralamayın hiçbir şekilde arkanızda durmuyorlar.

Almanyadan ödeme yaptigimiz halde Antalya da novacar da araba iade edilmedi, olmayan nedenler söylendi.tatilimiz rezil oldu, nie wieder Yolcu 360 nie wieder novacar

Trotz dass ich kein Fahrzeug anmieten konnte, wird mir eine relativ hohe Gebühr berechnet. Der telefonische Service stellt sich stur und beruft sich auf die Firmenpolitik. Ich musste in der Nacht mich um ein anderes Fahrzeug kümmern. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, keine Alternative.

Yolcu360 güvencesiyle araç kiraladığım şirket depozitomu geri yatırmıyor ve yolcu360 bu konuda hiç yardımcı olmuyor. Güvenilmemesi gerektiğini ıspatladılar. Asla sahip çıkmıyorlar. Bundan sonra ASLA. Kiraladığınız (bilinen) şirketlerle direkt irtibata geçmenizi öneririm.

I rented and they charged me for a big SUV and their trusted company offered me a mini SUV which my luggage didn't fit in it. I didn't take the car for obvious reason. They are not returning my money and every time I email them they play with me.
Do Not Trust them.

Über Onlineportal Yolcu360 habe ich ein Auto angemietet.
Das Auto sollte ca. nach 1 Std. übergeben werden, jedoch erfolgte dies nicht.
Die Bezahlung erfolgte in türkischen Lira, per Banküberweisung, nach der ersten Zahlung wird man für eine zweite Zahlung Kaskoversicherungsbeitrag (Rückbuchung sollte nach 15 Min. erfolgen) als Sicherheit gefordert. Da eine dritte Forderung mich stutzig machte, musste ich den Auftrag abbrechen.
Bis heute wurde keinerlei Geld zurück überwiesen, ca. 500 €. Eine Beschwerdeportal über E-Mail ist nut als Tarnung, hier passiert so gut wie nix. Betrüger sitzen direkt in der Zentrale. Bitte lässt die Finger von diesem Portal. Danke

I booked in advance using YOLCU360 my booking ref number EDBC095C-595D and specifically booked a VW Passat Station Wagon (Estate) due to the amount of luggage I had. Upon arrival the car was nearly 2 hours late and I was given a Nissan Qashqai. The customer service level was ZERO, when I asked them to help and resolve the issue they became aggressive and continued to say, "its the same segment if you want it take it if not cancel it we have nothing else."
We had a 5 hours drive with 4 passengers in the car and luggage loaded on the back seat due to the trunk (boot) being too small.
After 45 minutes of debating and demonstrating to them that the car was too small they agreed to make a token gesture of 1000 tl (not a huge amount but it showed they were "trying").
3 weeks later no refund and online customer services saying that they can not do this.
The car itself had poor accident repair on front and back bumpers with the bumpers off the bracket and damage on most panels. The auto gearbox was also defective with the vehicle shaking and struggling to move in low gears.
AVOID.
After all of this I have contacted YOLCU360 who have not only deleted my review from their site but they also refused to mediate and resolve the issue.
I will not be using WISH car rentals again and will avoid YOLCU360 too.

Ik heb in november een auto gereserveerd voor augustus! Totaal 650 euro betaald! Bij aankomst is mijn reservering geannuleerd! Auto was niet beschikbaar! Kon een nieuwe reservering doen met een bijbetaling van 300 euro of mijn geld terug krijgen! Ik wilde mijn geld terug ze hebben 250 euro minder terug betaald ivm koers wissel! Ze hebben 8 maanden lang 650 euro van mij gebruikt en uiteindelijk 400 euro terug betaald! Nooit meer Yolcu360 voor mij! Oplichters

It seems the company is systematically stealing the money. I paid 495 EUR online, the page with reservation results didn’t appear and no email confirmation arrived.

Numerous calls and emails are ignored. Collecting files to submit the case for police

Price is well. But add car is dont answer your question. They cut my money but i dont know why they cut. I asked but thet disnt answer to me.
