I purchased the HB7 bike. I had no update on delivery. I contacted customer service and the bike was delivered within 2 days. Great customer service will always up the rating from me. The bike itself easy to put together. A birthday present for my son whose home from holiday soon. Hopefully it's as good as it looks

Great support from York customer support team.
I ended up with a second hand York 401 multigym. I found the assembly manual online, but not the user wall chart showing exercises. After contacting the support team they quickly sent what I needed. After giving the multigym some use I realised it was missing a lock pin for some of the exercises. The machine is no longer supported and I couldn’t find the pin online anywhere. An email to the team got an immediate response with a link to purchase one of the last items available. I’d definitely use York again and purchase their kit if I eventually go for an upgrade.

Ordered a set of dumbbells and a bench with preacher pad. Arrived when it said it would. Unfortunately, the box had been damaged which resulted in the preacher pad having a tear in it. I contacted customer services who responded very quickly. I sent a few photos to show damage. The support staff quickly arranged for a replacement pad to to sent (in 1-4 days). Hopefully it arrives soons and I can get using everything. Super customer service.

Bench took a while to put together but easy enough. Cast iron dumbbells seem good quality. Also came with a poster showing some of the possible exercises/sets each piece of equipment can be used for.

Likely to order from this company again.

Five stars for the excellent customer service, from Matej, when I needed to cancel an order. So refreshing to be able to communicate with a human, who dealt with my issue speedily and professionally. I already own a set of York dumbells, which are excellent, and when I need more, this is the brand I will buy.

Quite a few things.
Order process and delivery were simple and timely.
The equipment is very good quality and reasonably priced.
Instructions for assembly are very.
Most importantly, the after sales service has been excellent. The queries I had were dealt with extremely quickly, efficiently and politely. A very pleasant company to deal with, a change from many other companies.

I needed the instruction manual for a York Fitness exercise bike so sent a message to York Fitness and next day they delivered the manual to me by email, free of charge.

Really excellent quality - for the price you won’t beat this for home gym use and even commercial id say. We bought a dumbbell rack and set (2.5-40kg) and it’s very robust and the dumbbells are good quality and not too wide. We also had to contact customer service: we did so on Sunday night and we were contacted by email before 6am on the Monday and they resolved it instantly - very efficient, and unfortunately these days it is unusual to receive good service from online companies.

I purchased a York Weights Bench at a great price direct from their website, which was delivered quickly.
Upon assembly, I noticed a couple of minor issues with the bench, which didn’t affect performance, but I got in touch with York Fitness all the same.
I have to say, their response to my query was immediate and a fantastic solution quickly offered. Upon accepting their offer, I was emailed immediately informing that the offered and accepted resolution was already dealt with.
That’s some superb customer service and left me reassured that any possible future issues will be dealt with just as efficiently.

I was given a old legacy model 6605 which I had no assembly instructions for , I emailed York fitness and whithin minutes I had my pdf documents awaiting me !, excellent response times and service 👏

I have a "Quest" York fitness bike that must be 10 years old and not in the current range and probably not been for some time. I wanted to get back to using it as it is still going strong but had lost instruction manual and couldn't find it online. Tried using their AI tool who could find it either but said provide email and someone will get back to you which they did within 30 minutes and provided the manual. Fantastic follow up customer service. Thanks Matej Kuhajdik and all at York

Excellent communication from the customer service department. I have to name Matej in particular. I came across an issue with something missing from the package and as soon as I reported this Matej jumped on it and within a day or two the missing items where on the way to me. I spent over £2K on equipment and every single piece is of the best quality. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received during after sales. I will be back for sure.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Purchased a multi gym a good few years back, recently moved home and a part was missing. I contacted customer service (with a 2 to 3 day turnaround time) and explained my issue; they came back to me within 10 minutes with advice on how I could get the part. All ordered and now awaiting delivery.

Ordered Barbell, Dumbell and weights set. Had a message from DPD saying they were waiting for the package. 10 minutes later had another email saying it had been cancelled by York. No explantion or email from York as to why this has happend!

Update 20/07/26. I have now had a response and explanation. I've been promised that the order/delivery issue has now been resolved. When it has, and if delivered this week then I will update my review to 5*

Final Update: 21/07/26
My delivery has come today with DPD and all complete. I'm very happy with the quality and also how quickly York resolved the system issue with the order.

Conclusion: Apart from the small hiccup I'm updating my reveiw to 5* as the experience has been good and I will order from York again.

I placed an order with York Fitness and then cancelled the order but York Fitness still delivered the order regardless and made ridiculous excuses why they could not cancel the order and left a mangled package at my back door with parts of the items sticking out.

I told York Fitness to come and remove the item from my home and they responded with the following in an email dated 15/08/2025 16:03:

‘…You are not required to return the item. Please feel free to keep or dispose of it as you wish….’

It is now 10+ months since I asked York Fitness to remove the item from my home and they still have not removed the item.

I contacted them again recently and asked them again to remove the item and they replied with the following in an email dated 24/06/2026 06:18:

‘…If the item is still at your home and you'd prefer not to keep it, I’m happy to help by arranging for DHL to come and collect the parcel. If the item is only a single box, please confirm this so that we can organize the collection efficiently. On the other hand, if arranging a collection is inconvenient, you can simply recycle the item at your local recycling centre…’

I replied to the email from York Fitness on 24/06/2026 15:10 stating they can remove the item from my home, or I will pay someone to remove the item from my home and dispose of the item, and York Fitness will have to reimburse me for the cost of removing the item from my home.

Since I sent the email date 24/06/2026 15:10 and another reminder email on 29/06/2026 19:26 I have received no further communication from York Fitness, it appears York Fitness are ignoring my emails.

As a company, York Fitness is a disgrace, and is a company that employs unethical business practices. They have dumped an item in my home and refuse to remove item even though they stated in an email they would.

I’m very pleased with my purchase of an exercise bike, which I bought to help with my post operative rehab following a total knee replacement. Although one of the parts arrived damaged the customer service from York Fitness was second to none. Very fast responses and a common sense approach to recompense. Thank you York Fitness, I very much appreciate your positive customer service approach.

Delivery had taken a little longer than expected but equipment was delivered and I'm very happy with it
York were very helpful through the whole process.

I highly recommend this company. Communication is great service and delivery is also amazing. Really helpful with fast reply to any questions.

The weights I ordered (dumbell set and storage tree) are great quality. Delivery was scheduled with the courier, and delivered exactly. Due to one issue I did need to contact their customer service, I was worried when the phone number just told me to email them, but once I did they responded within 30 minutes, were keen to assist, and sent replacement parts first class where possible, arriving the next day, which is impressive with the royal mail these days, and the rest arrived via did within a week. No hassle, no stress, just great honest customer service. Will be using them again.

Would recommend to all that want home and professional gym equipment.
