Easy to order, very quick response, fast delivery, great value.

I have placed an order for a beauty advent calendar 2025. I have not received it and they will not respond to emails asking for a refund (£105) telephone number available does not work. So angry!!!

No contact facilitated from their customer service email, indicating that response server had failed to accept my communication, on different occasions?
It is fundamental that a consumer has access to a comprehensive service when a telephone number appears not readily available.
CONCERNING and DISRESPECTFUL!

I won't be using them again. Dreadful service, waited weeks for the Winter box to be delivered then got an email saying that despite Yodel showing it had been delivered it was, in fact, "lost in the post"!! Did I want the Spring box or a refund... I opted for the Spring box (at the same price... a great deal I thought), however, 3 weeks on and still nothing, no delivery no notification and despite trying all week to contact them (by email) I've heard nothing back.
Shambolic... will never buy anything from them again.
