I have had the most wonderful experience with your Move - firstly with Josh 3 years ago for a valuation and I returned to him because of his demeanor and professionalism.

The process from the visit to photographs and seamless communication.

I cannot fault the team including Paul from the NA branch.

My experience with Your Move was very smooth, and the team was highly supportive, providing prompt and helpful responses throughout the process.

A "Sold" board magically appears as advertising but wouldn't it have been more sensible to have one advertising the property during the whole of the for sale period.?
Now it is Sold just loads of hassle makes me think they are desperate for their fee. Hassle tends to detract from the amount of time my solicitor has to do their work and therefore needs to be limited to sensible interruptions. Hassling me to hassle my solicitor but also contacting my solicitor directly - in my view unnecessary and unprofessional.

Purchased a home, found it difficult to get information regarding shared ownership. Incorrect information in advert, Incorrect information requested in emails. Solicitor instructed as advised by yourmove before shared ownership were aware of Sale and before any confirmation of eligibility

We are very pleased with Andrew and all staff we have been kept informed throughout the process of selling our house a buyer has been found quite quickly and sale going through also our buyer has said how good Andrew’s been at keeping them updated

your Move in Doncaster were 1st rate, they put our property on the market within a few days, the photo and video Brochure that was sent to us via email really enhanced our property so much so that it sold within one week to the first clients. All the staff in the Doncaster office were really obliging, thanks to Richard for the photos he produced, Pam, Holly, Emily and Lewis.

This company does everything well. In particular they keep you very well informed.
