Good quality carpets and great customer service.

Very pleased with the quality of the car mats. They look expensive and they are a good fit in my car. Fast delivery as well. I would recommend.

Stay well away from this company. I ordered car mats for my Vauxhall Mokka and gave them my registration number and they did not fit. After several emails and telling me i have fitted them wrong and sending photos proving they do not fit they sent me some more mats. These arrived last week and yet again do not fit they are telling me again i have fitted them wrong, it is not hard to fit car mats but this lot think there is a technique to fitting them, the buttons do not match the holes in the floor and they are too short. And are not refunding me my money i have asked several times and they are making excuses not to refund.

Absolutely apalling customer service. Customer service is based in India not the UK. Have been waiting 6 weeks for my order to be delivered. No-one answers the telephone and been told they have no carpet in stock to even make the Ultimate mats and no eta for delivery despite the website indicating no production issues!!!!!! I can only recommend going elsewhere for your Car Mats,

I placed an order with them in January, the lead time for the item (a flashlight) was about 2-3 weeks. No problem.

It’s now May, and I have had nothing. No email, nothing in the post, no text or call despite them having all my contact details. I logged in on the website to find that the order had been cancelled months ago, with no heads up from the company. I hadn’t even been refunded or made aware of this despite the cancellation supposedly happening not long after I ordered the item.

I contacted them on my own and then a few days later received an email saying they will refund me with ACCOUNT CREDIT within a few days. Still no explanation as to what happened. And why would I want account credit to use with a company like this that can’t even post a flashlight or send a simple update email?

EDIT: The company has now gotten in touch and amended the refund so it has been paid back into my account. So at least there is a resolution to that. Still no explanation for what happened, but it appears they do respond when you reach out first or leave a review.

Sadly after not delivering 2-3 days as stated on the website these cowboys simply didn’t deliver. When questioned they said, 5-7 days and then refused to answer the phone. Stay away if you want quality, go elsewhere

Bought a full set of personalised car mats for the MG ZS Hybrid+, which only came on the market 2024/2025, so to get the correct mats is brilliant, the ordering process was easy enough and despite waiting 14 working days for them to be sent (normally 5 - 7 days), I have no hesitation to give 5 stars, I’ve had mats from here in 2 of my previous cars, and they fit perfectly

I recently purchased car mats for my wife's Mini Countryman and although I had to contact the retailer a number of times before receiving the order, so that is why I have only provided 3 stars. However, I have to say that the quality of the car mats when they arrived were excellent. Better than Mini's own mats.

Ordered Car mats waited 15 days !!!! When mats arrived yes they were a perfect fit for my Suzuki SUV but this company should not say one thing then do another .

Do not use this company !!! They tell you they have a shortage of carpet to make the mats even though they promise to deliver within 3-4 working days … have cancelled my order and they say I will get my money within 2-3 days but I’m not holding my breath ! Shocking company !!

The worst communication ever. I have ordered car mats from them and the lead time was 10 days to make. When asked the question where the item i ordered is I only received excuses that the cutting machine is broken, the currier is delaying, the item is been sent and so on. Eventually they stopped replying to the emails. After raising the issue with PayPal one of a sudden I got the mats. How weird this is?

They made up a car carpet for my t4 Caravelle from a very complicated pattern to perfection.

Warning Stay away from this company! They go by a variety of different names!

We ordered expensive snow chains and were advised they would arrive within 5 working days. We started chasing after 1 week due to our impending drive to France, for which re needed the chains.
We got no answers, the phones are not picked up, no one replied to our emails.
It was really stressful just not knowing if they were going to arrive in time. After 2 weeks we were forced to set off to France and do a detour via Tonbridge where there is a specialist snow chains centre. Who were brilliant.

The chains eventually arrived, 3 weeks after ordering, while we were away. They are now sending us an email asking why we don't want to keep them! The refuse to speak to us or accept a return/offer refund.

Stay away stick to the professionals!

Thieves and liars.
On their website they claim to accept returns regardless of the reason.
Wouldn't take back standard mats I bought and didn't fit as well as I wanted.
I could understand if they were customised, but they were only standard black mats.
Stay well away from this "business".

Excellent quality car mats, transformed the look & feel of two of my vehicles
