Recently bought a car with them and the whole process was great. Great price, and the sales guy looked after us well, clearly explaining the optional extras and working with us on what we wanted.

After finally finding a car I want after searching for months, John was extremely helpful in the final steps to get it. He was professional but also extremely considerate. Great guy and if you need a good deal, he is definitely your man.

Walked in and was able to test drive. Bought car the same day. Zamir was the salesman who supported us. Felt no pressure in buying the car and allowed us to have a look around.

Brought a 1 series today, Zamir was helpfull and quick after I travelled a long way, car was as expected, very laid back, test drive was easy to organise.

Regretted making a car purchase with them, they sold me a car with no proof of service record for the year I purchased the car from them, car was due for service and MoT 4 months after and various issues was detected that’ll cost almost £2k to fix.
They will tell you they sell car with warranty and won’t issue a warranty agreement they’re more interested in selling and take your money.

Brilliant zamir great work

Really pleased with my experience. I turned up without booking an appointment and Matt (Birmingham) made time for me, got the car ready for me, even put a new tyre on while I was waiting. Amazing service, highly recommend to anyone.

Extremely pleased with my BMW 1 series, everything was as advertised and the experience was stress free from start to finish. Regan (Coventry branch) was brilliant, she answered any questions I had and even picked me up from the train station as I’d traveled from North Wales. Would highly recommend Your Car Supermarket and I will be doing so to friends and family.

Been seen by Mike for my query, sorted me and help process the transfer of finance (which turned into a little headache due to negative equity). Mike managed to everything he could to get the process finished!
