Ordered a perching stool from this company on 30th January and received an acknowledgement. Then I've had absolutely nothing since.
Complete radio silence - no despatch details or expected delivery date. I've tried calling a few times since 5th Feb but the phone is never answered and just goes to voicemail after a few rings. I have sent an email on 12th Feb and one 'contact us' web form as well.
I've not had any return communication from this business.
I find it abhorrent they can act like this operating a disabled products website.
I've said on my website form if I don't get any reply then I'll be contacting my credit card company to do a charge back.

Great product. Quick delivery. Easy to understand website

I ordered on 30 January and received an acknowledgement. Then nothing. No despatch details, expected delivery date. I have sent 2 emails, one Web form, left 3 voicemail messages ( because the phone is never answered) but no communication from this business. Interesting to see they only respond to favourable reviews, which just about sums it all up.
UPDATE. I paid through Karna and submitted a complaint to them about the order not being delivered. After 18 days of waiting, the supplier emailed today to say the item wasn't in stock and Klarna's intervention has resulted in a refund. I would suggest that you think twice about ordering from this business or, if you do, pay by Klarna, PayPal or your credit card.

Items are great but delivery time of 10 days not great.

I would like to give 0 stars, but it isn't an option. My item didn't arrive within the 3 to 5 working days, as stated on the website. I attempted to call, but the customer services number repeatedly cut out after 4 rings. I emailed customer services querying where my delivery was. 24 hours later I hadn't received a reply. I sent another email, cancelling my order and requesting a full refund. I made the same request on via their portal messaging. 2 days later I still hadn't received a response. I emailed, for a third time. 24 hours later, I contacted my credit card company.

Ordered and paid for a simple brush for my elderly uncle never arrived despite promises took my money never sent item absolute disgrace

The tray arrived quickly, well packed. Just what I wanted.

Thé hanger was difficult to come by so it took several weeks to arrive. When it came it worked beautifully but wouldn't fit my New Chinese-made bed bags, so I have had to rig up a system to keep bags and hanger together, which is a bit of a pain. But ultimately it will be good.

Order placed 1st December still not received. Not replying to email and telephone put down on me.
Say no more, use again? Never. Refund would be nice

These customers are telling the truth.
Delays, no email, voicemail returns. Hang up on calls it's so infuriating.
Purchasing walking aids, but I had to chase as no communication on delays or delivery time given.
I received delivery details from DHL another nightmare started as they would say it was being delivered before a certain time and 3 times never turned up which is ridiculous as asking people to stay home till 8pm to sign for delivery just to inform them at 7:15 parcel at depot each time. Absolute .... Show and significantly impacted my mental health as was sat home waiting or chasing.
Got to give points for Chelsie's communication around delivery and refund but did have to threaten trading standards which seems to grab attention and make phones suddenly reply but none of the items worth the stress.
Call your bank or trading standards and involve them if you have negative experiences.
Update* randomly over a week later I received a parcel from DHL, yes it was this order actually being delivered.
This led me to having a chase this company again, now being collected for a return, more time out of my life, on the day i received email mid morning to say between 5-8 for delivery collection. Absolutely ridiculous not even an apology for their constant messing around. Let's see if they actually turn up!

The item has not arrived. I tried contacting DHL, but they say it's out for delivery. I will try again tomorrow 2/12/25.

Terrible service, poor communication and not a bother given that they could not fulfil an order that a disable person has been relying on to carry out their day to day life. It has taken 3 weeks to get any sort of response to my calls, email and communication through their website. I would avoid this company full stop!
