One of the best agency’s I’ve worked with if not the best!
Neel Bacheta is absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and understanding, responds promptly with any questions or concerns you might have and doesn’t give false hopes like most agencies do.
Some of agencies from my personal experience don’t get back to you for days and you are putting other vacancies on hold for them, then they tell you ‘sorry not available anymore’ and just completely waste your time.

With Your World Healthcare they are very honest and straightforward and all their staff are like Neel, who know what they are doing and support you in every step of the contract you start with them. They even check up on you to see how you are doing and if the contractors are looking after you! That’s one thing you will never get with any other agency! 10/10

Started off well with Jack Margetts but after first communication there was not after! Emailed and messaged several times to be ignored, rang and left messages and he never got back to me. Was my first and last time using this company and cannot recommend them as useless at communicating I would suggest finding another company.

Isha found me the perfect job by understanding my career interests and making the hiring process smooth and efficient. She promptly responded to emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls, providing support whenever I had questions or issues. Isha provided interview details and followed up afterward. She stays in contact weekly for my timesheet and answers inquiries quickly, even outside working hours. Isha’s kindness and dedication make her highly recommendable. Reece Datson is a real one! I joined Yourworld at a time when I was fresh to locum work, alittle scared to make the move.
I told Reece what I wanted and needed from my new role. Reece said ' ill work hard for you, give me two weeks I'll get you what you need..but I need you give Yourworld exclusivity' I was hesitant ag first bug something and his boldness made me trust his vision.
Boy was I right, Reece is soo skilled, so passionate and an absolute machine is going after the roles you want. If I wanted to work 3 days a week from Mars for 80K Reece would make it happen.

Working as a locum in the NHS can be a very fractured process in the beginning, having to submit information in duplicate to several departments within the same hospital / Trust, which is frustrating.
