Refused to pay
My experience with the agency has not been good. In March 2025, I was sent to work at an NHS acute mental health hospital (Sherwood Oaks), yet I have not been paid until now despite all my attempts to contact them.

He has been fantastic throughout my time with them, not only ensuring the roles I'm placed in are meeting my expectations and I'm happy there, but also ensuring whilst placed I'm being paid on time.
