Disappointing Experience

The advertisements for these contact lenses were beautiful, which made me very excited to receive them. Unfortunately, after waiting a little over a month, they arrived poorly packaged in a glass bottle, which is unsafe for contact lenses. The bottle arrived broken, and one lens had completely dried out, making it unusable.

I contacted customer service about the issue but never received a response. Due to the damaged product, unsafe packaging, and lack of support, I cannot recommend this company.

Perfect brand!

Absolutely had no problem with this brand, always very kind to me when we do a collab together. Very professional, kind and respectful. Had no problem with the products too. I buy often wigs from them, and i have nothing to say about it except they’re perfect. I suggest this brand, really!

Couldn't be happier!
Prompt and friendly customer service, the wigs themselves are very high quality and look exactly like the pictures! I am very impressed with how fast they got here and how amazing they look. I will 100% recommend youvi and her wigs to anyone and I'd buy more in the future confidently! So happy.

Variable quality, false advertising, and HORRIBLE customer service.

Edited: I changed from 2 stars to 1 star due to how frustrating and difficult the process has been to replace a wig that was out of stock (listed as in stock) despite my clear instructions to just make the replacement wig the same as the other 2 wigs in my order.. 3 of the same wigs.
I had been purchasing from Youvimi for years, I will never buy from them again.

I like their wigs but quality changes. I usually buy the same wigs over and over during the last 3 years and sometimes the quality for one wig is great, while the next wig I buy (same one) seems shoddily made.

Also I ordered a wig that was in stocks, received an email saying it was out of stock asking if I want to replace it with a different item. I asked for a refund and this was their response.

"Dear, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Are you sure you want to refund? Discount code will be deducted for refund. The refund platform will also charge a 30% handling fee, which is not worth it for you. You may choose to purchase a replacement within $10 of the price difference. You don't need to repurchase, just tell me which product number you want or exchange links."

It's illegal to advertise a product as in stock when it's not, and how the heck are you going to charge me a handling fee for an item you don't even have in stock?

Be careful buying here.

I’ve been buying from youvimi for 4…

I’ve been buying from youvimi for 4 years now, I’ve never had an issue with their products and everything always fits so well. They are my go to for cosplay, wigs, contacts, and now that I’ve tried their beauty products; I’ve fallen in love.

Recommended for your cosplay and fashion needs

Youvimi had great and personalized customer service. I have bought lenses and cosplay from them and they all came out great! The lenses were so cute and comfortable.
The cosplay outfit was probably the first high quality cosplay I've ever gotten. I could even wear them as a normal outfit from how crisp it looks. They sent me gifts along with my order and very personalized experience. Would definitely order again.

They don't deliver items and they don't pay you back

I bought contact lenses and it cost me more than 100 dollars because of the shipment. It is now more than 3 months and I wrote hundreds of mails to tell them I didn't receive any lenses and they need to send me new lenses . They don't want to send new lenses and they refuse to pay me back. The customer service is terrible. Do not buy anything otherwise you will loose your money with this company

Didn’t deliver item & Terrible service.

Today is the 25th of December and on the 26th of November I messaged Youvimi about my missing item. I ordered 4 items and they only sent me 3. The crown I ordered was damaged and bent, but I could bent it back and minimalize the damage so it was okay. The packaging wasn’t great, as it was just three bubble plastics surrounding the crown in a plastic bag - the reason why it got damaged. But that was not all. I noticed I missed a whole item which cost me like $38.40. I instantly messaged them and they responded that they aren’t working in the weekends and will reply on Monday. That’s okay, people make mistakes and I would never blame customer service for it. Then 4 days later, still no response or whatsoever. In the middle I’ve sent some messages asking about it. No answer. I opened a dispute on Paypal on the 2nd of December and instantly got a mail with an apology for the wait and got offered a different product and a “gift” as an apology. The item I didn’t get was (conveniently?) out of stock. Maybe the reason they didn’t deliver it in the first place? Well, I didn’t think too bad of it at this point and decided to give them a second chance. Three days later I got a reply. They thanked me for my understanding and told me they’d arrange it ASAP. At this point it was another person from customer service responding to me than the previous messages. It got silent for 2 weeks and it was 19 December. This time I was quite angry, because it was radio silent. They replied the same day that they’re busy and my package will be packed (so it hasn’t even been sent) and they will urge the staff to send it ASAP. It wasn’t my fault in the first place, and not my problem they are so busy. They delayed my order and it’s nearing Christmas so why do I have to be the one struggling to contact them and urging them to get my item? I was totally done at this point and told them on the dispute case (as they tend to respond faster there) that they would need to send my order with track and trace before the 21st of December. Otherwise I would just escalate the case to Paypal. They didn’t respond or anything, so I escalated the case. On the 23rd of December Paypal ruled in my favor and I got refunded $38.40. It has been a month by now. They never apologized or replied to me ever. I’ve ordered from Youvimi before a while ago and it was fine. Good quality and quite fast delivery. This is something I’ve never happened to me.

I’m really disappointed and I will not buy from them again. I recommended them to friends because I really like the top I bought there and people asked about it, but this was a terrible experience. To Judy and Zoey: I would advise to please keep your promise next time and really don’t let the customer wait for sooo long. I know you have to deal with a lot, but this was unacceptable. I had to wait for weeks and my package didn’t even get packaged. You never apologised to me or anything and never updated me about the status. I really had to push to get answers. Not professional.

Wig review <3

Hey, @ramenshelz here! I purchased the, Punk Half Black Half White Wig. It’s great with pictures :)) I had to trim the bangs a bit so it’s not in my eyes and it still looked great :D The quality is great for the price too. I love Youvimi! I would definitely buy here again! 🖤🥰

Lenses from youvimi

I recently received contact lenses from youvimi and I have nothing bad to say about the site. I recieved the lenses fairly quickly, the contact lenses are comfortable, the packaging was cute and the lenses came with extra things to help put the lenses in and a case to help store the lenses which was a nice surprise!
