very happy with my purchase! I got their mushroom platform boots on sale (originally $150, got them for $55 with their SALE50 discount) with protection from Route. They took about 13 days to arrive (ordered October 27, received November 9) and have good weight to them. They’re my first pair of platform boots but i can tell they’re good quality and will definitely be getting more

I really paid $210.40 with $15 shipping $13 tax for an item that was never even shipped.

This company is a scam. This review has been long overdue. I ordered Halloween Dune Shoes and their customer service gave me the run around until I finally got a *partial* refund for shoes that was never sent out let alone received. Their customer service lacked couth and their customer service had the audacity to tell *me* to “do my research” on port crisis as it’s “now widely available” when THEY shouldn’t be CONTINOUSLY selling items they know will not reach customers in a timely manner. Granted, I ordered my shoes August 28, they shouldn’t continuously have them on their website filling orders that wont ever be met. The website states the shoes would arrive late September to early October. I told them I wouldn’t be able to use it anymore as the season was almost over. They then say “we’ll have you know our customers wear our Halloween shoes year round!” Lmao the snarky customer service is ridiculous. They lack professionalism then when I emailed them back about the refund not being accurate, they just ghosted me. I will file fraud with my bank now as I’ve given them ample amount of time to respond. Also, whilst they ignored my personal email about my refund, they then sent a mass email which unfortunately included mines that they will now be giving options for refund or credit 🤣 as they can’t fill the order but the gag is, it’s still available for purchase on their website and when they refund you it’s only partial. I hope this business shuts down. It’s a whole scam. I’ve also reported them to the FTC as promised since they want to be fraudulent.

Ordered shoes in September, it's November now and still no shipment. I emailed the customer service for a refund and they refused. Bad company don't buy from here

I originally ordered a pair of their clouds but to due covid and communication errors they ended up being sold out and they gave me a refund right away. I ended up ordering their karma shoes and I'm in love! Ahhh they're so cute and comfy. Quality is pretty good too. Yes they're pricy but I mean you can't get anything similar elsewhere so part of the price is the originality.

I reached out to someone who is plus size and wears alternative fashion for advice because I have been in love with Demonia shoes for so long but I have wide calves that makes the shoes a waste of $100+ dollars. She recommended me YRU dunes so not long after discovering them, I made a purchase. I was aware there was gonna be a possible delay getting my package to me, with covid which I completely understood. And on the 12th day of my waiting, it still hadn't been shipped, I got an email from YRU apologizing because they sold me shoes that were out of stock. They waited 12 days to tell me that they didn't have the shoes I paid $100 for. At this point, I couldn't rely on their own website for up to date information about what's in stock. The communication was awful on top of that. I expressed my frustration and was pretty much shrugged off with a short reply saying that they would follow my choice of ordering a size up, if they had them in stock. The person also said my shoes would ship that day. They didn't. It's been over two weeks now since my initial purchase and nothing has changed except I'm short $100 dollars. I'm hoping, god willing, they arrive soon and are worth the headache. I don't expect to make a purchase from them after this is resolved. Absolutely ridiculous. I made a purchase afterwards by maybe 2-3 days off Amazon for something that was all the way in China and it's going to arrive first. An absolute joke.

UPDATE: They finally shipped the shoes and I got them in today. Didn't wait too long after they finally shipped. I have thick calves, around 20in ones, so if you're someone who is plus size and and you're wondering about the Dunes and how they fit-- I'm here to tell you they fit me but barely. Just adjust all the buckles and you should be fine. Anything over 20in likely wouldn't fit unless you added additional holes for the buckles. The size up makes them a little wonky but I do like them. Seem to be good quality and a little difficult to walk in at first, time will tell if they'll hold up.

They charged my card for an order I didn't make. Trying to get in contact with their customer service is impossible and I doubt it even exist honestly.

Not only did they charge me but they never even sent whatever it is they charged me for. My bank refunded the money, while YRU has done nothing to help.

I bought the style Cherish in Lavender and they are beautiful! I try to only buy platforms that have been stitched to the sole, not just glued, and this style is stitched, HOWEVER, it may be a faux welt. I got the version with the heart-shaped padlock and the lock is beautiful and has a good weight. The metal accents seem to be of high quality. Shoe fits true to size and is comfortable. I do find them to be a tad inflexible however. I'm not sure about YRU customer service because the pair I have bought came from Dolls Kill. I myself find them to be a reasonable price. I'll edit this review if they break after a few wears! Edit: YRU responded to my question re: stitching and said "Our factory uses glue. Some stitching on our styles are true stitching while others are not. Thank you."
Edit #2: Had em for years now but worn infrequently. Still holding up great though. Super comfy for long wear. Faux welt (not stitched).

You can’t return your shoes if they are “on sale” or you used a coupon code. This is ridiculous. The shoes I ordered were too big. I own another pair in the same size but those actually fit. Such poor quality shoes for how expensive they are. Don’t expect help or even a response if you email their customer service. This company is garbage, don’t buy from them.

BEWARE!!!

YRU markets that they have quality shoes however they do not. They over price and sell low quality shoes that fall apart after the first wear. I purchased the Sheidlina - Sand Storm shoes and was highly disappointed after the first wear. The sole of the shoe began to separate from the platform. Additionally the rings in the platform of the shoe were not glued or affixed to the platform. VERY POOR workmanship and LOW quality for a shoe that is $150. Due to this quality issue, I will no longer continue to purchase from YRU & advise my friends who used to love my shoes that YRU is not reputable nor do they believe in the quality of their products.

This seller buys cheap made-in-china shoes and relabels & resells it as his own line and charges WAY too much for literally the same shoes you can buy off Amazon or Alibaba for 70% less.

terrible quality shoes, please avoid this site. payed so much for shipping and an added tax and the shoes are extremely ugly and low quantity. Buy a pair of Dr. Martins or something instead
