Parcel left on the front yard of neighbours place. Luckily it wasn't raining at the time in Cairns. House numbering is very obvious, but security camera shows driver not even looking at address on letterbox.
Vehicle Registration = DF60KI.
Delivery Time = 21-9-2026 12:45pm.

Thieves.. Fake delivery company used by AliExpress sellers to take advantage of a loophole that lets them rob you.
They 'send' the parcel, say there was an error with your address, then the system demands that YOU contact the courier to resolve it.
The courier can't be contacted and just has a standard email saying "sorry we couldn't deliver your package" (but no identifying details e.g. tracking number or item number, so it doesn't count as 'evidence' to Aliexpress). You can take all your evidence, their own website even saying the parcel was returned to the seller, and you can have it 'escalated' to all the 'senior teams' you like, hell I took myself through it 8 times, but you wont get your money back.
They're all in cahoots, and this is how AliExpress is now a scam site.

Absolutely the rudest man ive ever had the misfortune of speaking to. I have never in 56 years been spoken to like that all because I rang and politely asked how long it would be considering I was sent a message yesterday saying it was out for delievery I waited all day yesterday and today to be told 3 days to be delievered. But speaking rudely to me and talking down to me I highly suggest temu stops using this disgusting courier company. I even said to him there is no need to speak to me like that I was politely asking a question and didnt deserve the attitude and rudeness from him. I wont be buying from temu if you are going to send anything of mine through this company. Retrain your rude staff yto thats not acceptable behaviour at all. I highly recommend no one uses this company you best going elsewhere or they will give your company a bad reputation by being associated with rude people like that. I had to give a star to leave a review but they definitely dont deserve any stars.......

A parcel was allegedly at a depot for five days, a mere 16kms from me. I sent an email asking what the delay was and next thing I know the tracking shows that my package has suddenly moved from 16kms away back to Adelaide and then back again to the depot allegedly near me. This is impossible for a package to travel that far and then back again in 30 minutes! WTF? I even offered to pick it up myself, no response. Honestly I don't hold out much hope of getting my $200 of goods, they are obviously very dishonest and will be reporting them to the ACCC.

Parcel was "delivered" but no trace of it. Left in communal staircase rather than at my front door or mailbox.

Waited for over 30 mins on the phone with their customer service only to be told nothing useful.

YTO Express drivers either steel the pacrels or make no attemot to deliver and lie they were unbale to leave is a safe place without using the intercom or calling the mobile phone number. They give China a bad reputation.

Another incompetent, lazy courier service. The driver couldn't be bothered finding my apartment and left my parcel outside a random local business who were closed. He even took photos of his incompetencce??

The tracking information stated that delivery could not be completed because the address was incorrect. However, no one from YTO Express attempted to contact the recipient by phone or email to verify the address before deciding to return the parcel to the sender.

After seeing the tracking update, we immediately contacted your customer service team and confirmed that the delivery address and recipient details were correct. We were then informed that the parcel was still at your warehouse. Despite this, we were told that it could no longer be delivered and that it would be returned to the sender.

What is most disappointing is that your representative advised us to seek a refund from the sender instead of taking responsibility for resolving the issue. This is unacceptable, as the parcel was still in your possession and the correct delivery details had already been confirmed.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. We expect a prompt response and an appropriate resolution.

My package was never deleivered G20219716296. They do not have any missing parcel support links on their website. I was here when they claimed it was deleivered, I went downstairs within 2 minutes of the delivery notification, I even checked the building on both sides of my appartment. It was not delivered. I need a refund or replacement product. The retailer will not issue this until I have a responce from the delivery company. Please reply asap!!!

As per YTO's deliver photo, my Temu Parcel in Qld Australia was abandoned at a busy road at night in the dark. During the day at least the parcel should have been delivered. No delivery message no SMS about the delivery, just left on the ground near the small letter box by the road at NIGHT. Recent police alert in the news theft in the area increasing. Courier YTO contacted via email, no response. I am annoyed that the carrier YTO is so unresponsive. Parcel should have been left at the door. Parcel not found. Cannot get refund as it says delivered but clearly the photo they uploaded of delivery shows it was delivered at night.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Package was thrown 5 meters down onto a deck. All caught on CCTV

My parcel was marked as being delivered at a Chermside West depot rather than my location. I’m finding it impossible to contact them on their website and the vendor is worse than useless and unwilling to assist. Why are these companies still in business!

Dreadful service. Claim to deliver things when they havent. Dont even open the front door of a business to deliver things, just dump them on the pavement.

I contacted this company the day I was able too. I calmly and clearly explained there was no safe location to leave packages at my house as it is on a main road I offered the solution to give to my neighbours but instead I was told there is no internal communication within this company and courier will leave where they choose fit. The photo of delivery which was 4 days late shows it was SHOVED behind 7 bins not only is this disgusting and unhygienic and unsafe but it was also on bin day when I got home all the bins were moved and my package just as I had warned to no avail was literally stolen. I tried my best to help this courier company do their one job right they ignored me they have no care my items were stolen

Giving me false hope with customer support saying they are going to do something never did at there facility with out movement for almost a month Disgusting

If I could rate lower I would. They say it was unsafe to leave. I have been home when they say they attempted to deliver it. Rang them and opening hours were 1.5 hours later then on Temu. Left a message where to deliver(large parcel box) . Sent an email saying where to deliver. Can’t ring through it cuts out and now my parcel has ‘departed’ which I am fearful of meaning it is going back where it came from.

Courier service claimed that they couldn't deliver my package to a very basic address and so returned it to their depot (4 hours away). Security footage of the time they claimed they were there shows no attempted delivery. No one came anywhere near my property during the time they claimed they were there.

Correct address on ordered item and yet yto returned to sender with no explanation and do not answer phone or emails as I tried to contact them immediately the tracking came through. Initially the phone gives wierd opening hours - starting at a time an hour away from time of call - then it is just dead

I had a package from Temu marked as “delivered” on Sunday morning at 6:30am. The person delivering the package sent photographs of it placed on the main road instead of securely behind the gate.

I’ve never once had a package stolen. When I tried to contact them on the provided phone number, it’s disconnected, and when I sent them an email requesting assistance, I’ve received no reply.
