For the life of me why is a chinese transport even a thing in the US and why would a US based company use them, it's ridiculous. My package was suppose to be here on sun it's now wed and i don't know when it'll be here. It didn't update for 3 days. Now it's saying a few cities over which is odd because no packages get routed there ever. What a horrible experience

No news from them since 4 week-end, no update on the website

TERRIBLE!! Still waiting for package ordered 5 weeks ago, no update on yuntrack website. No one replying back to my emails. NOT RECOMMENDED!! So bad.

Ordered an item on Ebay, which was supposedly from a U.S. Seller in New Jersey.
AFTER the item shipped, the seller was changed to a seller named "shenzhenshi mai tian dian zi shang wu youxiangongsi longgangqubantianjiedaomaantangshequ" in Shenzen China.
The plane took off from 'Carteret, NJ' to California 2 days and 6 hours ago . I hope it doesn't run out of fuel. LOL.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Have had an order now since May 2025 and every time I email I got a bounce back saying that my email address is blocked. Awful company!

Tras 2 entregas fallidas en casa (estando en mi domicilio), contacto con ellos vía WEB. Me atiende LAURA CHATBOT (evidentemente se trata de IA) y tras no poder solucionar mi problema, me da la posibilidad de contactar con un asesor. Cuál es mi sorpresa cuando pretenden que para ser atendido por una persona física (cosa que también pongo en duda), pretenden cobrarme por el servicio.

Waited at home all day because it was saying out for delivery. Just for it to say it attempted delivery and the house is “undeliverable” and returning back to facility with no alternate place to pick up if missed. Already been waiting a month. Never ordering from a place again if this is the delivery company. At this point I’d rather just get a refund on my parcel.

Jeg forstår overhovedet ikke, hvorfor folk anmelder dette transport firrma, for at de har fået dårlige varer, hvis man bestiller en gryde hos Imerco og den er forkert/for lille osv, så anmelder man da ikke postnord for varen, Yuntrack er et post og kurer firma ikke et handelsfirma !!! Men da det er kinesisk og mange ublu firmaer benytter det, er de dårlige anmeldelser, nok en konsekvens af at køberne ikke kender den virkelige afsender (ofte fupfirmaer).

I waited almost two months for the delivery... now my status says delivered and I didn't get the package

I do online command for many years and this one is:
The worst experience of my life. After 1 month of waiting to arrive at my country, they took forever to try to deliver the package ( and lost it ) and dont bother to knock or ring the bell. I was at home all the time.
They send me a message text to tell me they cannot deliver my package because i had a chair in front of my front door..
I have a bungalow, they can easely use the side door,it is in plain sight , more than the front door. All the deleveries i had (beside this one) use the side door... So they doesnt try? or bother? To knock at my door or simply ring the bell to warn me of their precense. I was at home, i was here!! Result, i still not have my packaging.
I feel they are incompetent, this compagnie is the worst of the worst.

Terrible service, my first package was delivered to an incorrect address and ended up being thrown away. 2nd time they said they couldn’t find the delivery location. Updating delivery instructions through their text link was useless. They use AI customer service for calls. I have no issues receiving packages from other delivery services at this address. I hope that companies stop using them.

Haven’t received the item from 7th december scammer

YunExpress is probably the worst logistics company in the world. No real tracking available, No customer service, Email goes unanswered, and No contact info. I'm working on getting YunExpress banned by Amazon and their sellers...

Ruined Christmas. Ever since the brand I order form have switched to using this company, I keep getting packaged marked as “delivered” or “hold for instructions” that never get to me. And when I call customer service they tell you it’s 3 days from delivery. Then why is it already marked as delivered? Mind you, it’s been a month since my order was placed. Unfortunately, won’t be able to order from that brand again as long as they use this courier service.

Made the mistake of ordering a present for my wife which used Yun. Allegedly it sat in an airport in China for 3 days before the notification the plane had left, 4 days later it still hasn’t landed. Just feel someone’s in a call centre updating false tracking data when they remember

You know the story the only reason they got one star is so I can write this review for a terrible shipping company. I ordered something from eBay said it would be here December 13 shipped on December 5 here it is December 20 has not arrived. seller has communicated back, saying that the issue was with the shipping company because of the United States weather. Marvelhomey is just as bad at communicating. Said their company was out of California. It is not it is China. I would make sure before you buy something that it’s not being shipped from this shipping company. Sent an email to the shipper three days ago no reply.

does just take a very long time with severe lack of updates paid extra for delivery within 5 working days at the end of last month now quarter way through this month and still on “processing” in fairness it is coming from canada to uk but the lack of updates is frustrating along with the fact i paid extra for express shipping

I strongly advise against using this shipping company; they are scammers. I paid them extra for express shipping with a 5-day delivery timeframe, and a whole month has passed and I still haven't received anything. I also strongly advise against using waterdropfilter because they are scammers as well.
This isn't the first time they're scammers; they don't offer express airmail service, but rather ship orders via sea freight to maximize their profits.

Anyone who writes a positive review about this company is lying to improve the company's reputation.

Painfully slow delivery time. Tracking is information is poor and the lack of updates just adds to the frustration of the whole experience with them.

Having "Express" in their name is a bad joke in reality.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts off blossom & rose (i dont even think that was a legit company), and this was at the start of August, it says on yuntrack it's still processing so I've been scammed from both. Do not order using this as a courier.
