I recently had 4 flat moles removed from my face and 1 from my arm using CO2 laser treatment. I’d done a lot of research beforehand as I was quite nervous especially with the ones on my face, I had consultations and did research at other clinics, but I instantly knew this was the best place.

Dr. Zafra instantly put me at ease during the consultation, taking the time to show plenty of examples and explain the process thoroughly. The procedure and overall experience couldn’t have been better.

I'm really happy with the results. Highly reccomend.

I first did a “one-shot” spider vein treatment with Dr Zafra, and it was a waste of money. There was barely any visible improvement, even though I was told I’d see a big difference. When it failed, I was told I was just a “rare case”.

After that, I went to a vascular doctor and did the same type of treatment properly. In only three sessions the veins disappeared completely — and the total cost was still lower than what I paid at Zafra for the supposed one-session solution.

According to the vascular specialist, the idea of treating spider veins in a single session is simply not realistic because the veins need to be prepared and treated progressively. So I feel I paid Dr Zafra for something that was never going to work as promised.

With a real professional, the result was perfect: cheaper, no injuries, and the veins are gone. In my opinion, what Zafra sold me was misleading.

Dr Zafra is a kind person and probably a good profesional I some areas but not in vascular treatments.

Mixed review here; from a competency basis, Dr Zafra is 5 stars and gets the work done to a high standard. Dr Zafra helped me with a few issues and explained things thoroughly. He was patient and knowledgable. I did find him quite pushy however in terms of recommending extra treatments that were separate to my enquiry (more than once).
The reason for 2 stars is the general experience; the admin team have a disgusting attitude. My appointment was changed without warning and emails/ calls aren’t returned. I politely mentioned this to them via WhatsApp and there wasn’t an apology/ acknowledgement, only advice that they’d change the appointment date again and book me back in.
I had a query, to which I was told I needed to spend £250 for a consultation (despite already spending nearly £400) and my query would’ve taken 1-2 minutes on the phone.

If you just look at some of the reviews on Google that aren’t rated 5*, they’re argued with as opposed to customer care handled. The arrogance displayed matches my experience when talking with them (no apology for changing dates/ not replying to emails etc). Whilst people aren’t after extreme politeness, just basic courtesy and manners are expected (whether it’s a business or not), and I’ve not felt this (except from Dr Zafra himself).

I don’t think the admin team reflect Dr Zafra’s experience and capability, yet everything must be taken into account. There are many people in professions like this and I wouldn’t advise to bother with anyone who doesn’t treat you with basic, common courtesy.

My honest opinion is to find a specialist who will treat you with courtesy (exactly what I’ve done), for the time and money you’ll spend, you really can’t accept any less.

Dr Zafra was very nice and professional. The whole process from booking the appointment to the procedure was easy and hassle free. I had a small mole removed which has been healing very well without any complications and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely go back for if I needed any other similar procedure. Highly recommended!

Dr. Zafra made me feel at ease, so much so i didn't even need anaesthetic for most of lesions, I was confident in his abilities. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using his services. The after care advice was also brilliant. I was very much looked after throughout the whole process. Fantastic job!

Dr Zafra is friendly and very professional. I had a keloid scar removed with laser treatment and the results are miles better than I expected! The process was explained to me very well and any questions I had were answered. Having any procedure done is always a bit scary, but Dr Zafra put me at ease and I relaxed very quickly. I still can't believe how good it looks, it's almost like my scar was never there!

Zafra Medical is situated in a beautiful building with helpful reception staff, I would definitely reccomend them.

The only person I will trust with my face, always natural, always subtle - you but better - he trains others doctors so you are in safe hands!

The guys are an absolute rip off…
Would not recommend. Booked an appointment with them mate me wait 2 hours before I was seen. The staff are very rude dr zarfra himself..just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible i almost felt unworthy.

Would NOT recommend Zafra Medical...

As a mum of 3 young children I have been very self conscious of my post baby stomach and although I don't have much money, was so sick of fad diets/ supplements etc that never worked that I made the decision to have Vaser lipo surgery to finally get proper results and get myself in a better place physically and mentally.

I booked in for the £79 paid consultation for Vaser lipo initially. (the other non- surgical consultations are free)

In the consultation, Dr Zafra persuaded me to go down the cheaper route of £899 dissolving fat injections instead of the vasor lipo, assuring me that they will provide the same results within 2 months of the treatment without the higher cost, risks involved or aftercare needed.

As the professional, I took his guidance... and was pleased that rather than just taking my money, he had my best interests at heart and had offered me a better, cheaper solution.

The first round of treatment after several reviews over 3 months ended with zero results to which I had said I would simply like a refund or price of the treatment taken off the vaser lipo to which I would happily go forward with.

He declined and said that he had performed the procedure differently to how it was normally carried out, resulting in the solution not working so wanted to redo the treatment in the regular way.
I reluctantly agreed with his assurance that it would work this time.

2 months later and the second treatment had produced zero results to which was agreed by him.

I was informed that the only way forward was to have the vaser lipo which was then revealed that i would have to be reffered to a different clinic in London with a different consultant as he had not been carrying out this service since before the Pandemic.
(He had allowed me to book and pay for a consultation on a service he was not providing and did not tell me at any point prior to this that it was not something he was currently offering.)

I asked if I could have the price of my initial treatment taken off what this new treatment would cost as it had not worked and was told no as it was a separate business.

I asked if I could wait and have it done with him once he was back doing the service so that I could have the cost reduced, I was told no as he did not know if/when this would happen.

I asked if I could have a partial refund instead for the zero results, major disappointment and time wasted over this but as not to leave them out of pocket either, I was told no.

In my opinion, the so called fat dissolving injections offered (turns out simply a high dose of vitamin C) are a total waste of money and do not work. Stupid me blindly went along with what the professional said without looking at the small print.

I feel I was taken for a ride from the beginning and have now been left out of pocket to the tune of £1000 with nothing to show for it and have been given no offer of resolution.
I'm very disheartened and feel like a fool.

My opinion - avoid this company!
