I ordered two DPM systems for a Glock 19 and CR920. After 18 days of waiting, the tracking showed the item was delivered to a different address in the wrong state. I gave USPS the tracking number I received from Zahal customer service and was advised my shipment was sent to MD instead of Co. I have no idea how my items were sent to a completely random address. After multiple emails, they eventually responded with the items where delivered and signed for by someone else (although to the wrong address). My Items still have not been received and Zahal still have not replied on how they will fix their error.

It's really funny. With everything the nation of Israel has dealt with in recent days, the Zahal team pushed to get my order shipped to the States. The Israelis literally told Iran to pound sand as Zahal was getting my order prepped and sent. I absolutely love this company and I love the people. I'm beyond impressed. Ordered a kit for my glock almost a month ago been asking for tracking number they won't give me one said that it would send my message to management and still have yet to hear back from them. The number they provide for customer service does not work. Customer service is slim to none. At this point I just want a refund if they're not going to give me my item or even let me know where it's at but no one is answering my emails now and just basically getting ghosted do not order from this company I'm pretty sure all the good reviews are actually not real people probably all AI...

My experience with Zahal was excellent. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, from start to finish, while I waited for my package. I received everything I ordered without any issues, and they even included a cool patch as a bonus. Additionally, the product is of high quality and I am very happy with it. I’ve already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I recently purchased the fab defense rubberized. M-lok angle, pointing handle
with support handle combo for my AR pistol with a FRT trigger. The fit to the gun and my hand could not be better. Very comfortable and well built. I will probably put this on the rest of my AR-15's

The products, price, and customer service are fantastic! I purchased a simple t-shirt, but was treated like a high-level customer. The added benefit was working with a great group with a worthy cause.

I ordered the Roni kit for my Glock 17. They communicated grate and let me know what’s going on. I received my order and I couldn’t love my Glock more!

I ordered a KPOS Scout conversion for my Sig. The first one got lost in the mail. After an email, there was a new one at my doorstep very quickly! GREAT people to do business with The CEO actually made a video for me on how to install my Sig into the conversion!! Will ABSOLUTELY do business with them again.

The delivery of the goods took some time, but every query was answered promptly, so the delay was understandable for me. The tracking was also very good, as was the quality of the goods, so full stars.

I recently ordered a cap from Zahal.
The staff were very helpful, my order was processed very quickly.
As expected, my item didn't arrive for a few weeks, due to the shipping being an international order.
However, I was very happy with the item once it was received.

Zahal was great! Shipping was a-lot faster than I anticipated. I ordered a brace for a 43x and got every piece needed to make it work! Customer service is friendly and understanding. Just keep in mind the time difference. I will be buying from them again in the future!

Awesome customer service. I ordered Glock 43x brace when it came I was missing a part and they quickly and I mean very quickly overnighted the part to me and saved my range day... If your having second thoughts about to placing a order do not worry they will make sure your happy and taken care of. I will not ever hesitate to place a order through them. Five stars all the way
