Ottimo prodotto eccellenti sulla spedizione

180 euro per rincollare le suole...?
Ma si scherza ?

Oggi ho portato gli scarponi acquistati 5/6 anni fa e usati pochissimo, da Zamberlan. Un anno fa entrambe le suole cominciavano a staccarsi e non li ho più usati. Mi hanno risposto che è normale con i materiali di oggi, soprattutto se si usano poco! Ho dissentito dicendo che erano riposti in casa e che non mi sembrava normale. Mi hanno chiesto 65 euro per risuolarli. Sono uscita dicendogli addio. Ho trovato chi me li risuola per 50 euro. Sinceramente pensavo che da Zamberlan mi venissero incontro visto che me li avevano venduti loro e che, chiaramente, erano scarponi difettosi o di bassa qualità.

I have a pair of 25 year old Zamberlans that I have used a lot of some tough walks. As the tread was beginning to wear out I bought some Meindls as replacements. The sole on those are now at the same level as my Zamberlans so I have reverted to wearing the Zamberlans and am now looking to see where I can buy replacements

Vorrei aggiornare la mia recensione già negativa rilasciata in precedenza. Di fronte alle suole sbriciolate degli Scarponi che avevo regalato a mio marito, ho deciso di scrivere al servizio clienti zamberlan. Non che mi aspettassi un rimborso o la sostituzione gratuita, ma un servizio clienti serio in questi casi si scusa e magari offre uno sconto o una soluzione. Ho scambiato messaggi con due differenti persone via mail senza trovare nessuna disponibilità. Menefreghismo totale da parte di una azienda che reputavo seria. Mi hanno risposto che il mio acquisto non risultava dallo storico del loro sito. E di conseguenza non mi hanno degnata di una soluzione.
È ovvio che lo scarpone lo avevo comprato sal sito ufficiale, ma anche fosse stato acquistato da un rivenditore, questo non esonera il produttore a farsi carico di un problema così grave che mi ha costretta a buttare via una scarpa pagata 250 euro. Oltre alla pessima figura fatta. Si sono coperti dietro alla scusa che il mio nominativo non risultava nella loro banca dati. Cosa ovviamente non vera. E in ogni caso il prodotto è originale e si è letteralmente sbriciolata la suola di entrambe. Mi hanno spiegato che il processo chimico si chiama Idrolisi e che puo capitare. Quindi è capitato su altri loro prodotti? Sanno di questo problema e non rimborsano un danno a un cliente in qualche modo? È vergognoso che alla fine non mi abbiano piu neanche risposto. Ovviamente rilascerò recensioni negative ovunque. Un mio amico stava per comprare una scarpa Zamberlan, dopo aver saputo della mia esperienza e viste le foto ha cambiato prodotto.
Cosi non si fa! Posso inviare le foto delle scarpe a chiunque voglia verificare.

Regalo un scarpone Zamberlan a mio marito per Natale pagato quasi 250 euro, le ha usate pochissimo, giusto per qualche escursione in montagna.
Le tira fuori dalla scatola oggi per fare una camminata all'aperto. Un trekking di 6 km su una strada quasi piana e battuta, no sassi, no sentieri disconnessi, a tratti strada asfaltata e al rientro a casa le scarpe sono da buttare. Suole completamente sfaldate e staccate su entrambe le scarpe. A pezzi e sbriciolate. Segno evidente della scarsa qualità d prodotto. E pensare che io ho un modello simile molto piu economico di un altro brand che hanno anche piu anni e sono ancora perfette.

Porto scarponi praticamente tutto l anno e penso che zamberlan siano i numeri 1 la configurazione wide last è semplicemente fantastica 👍top

Zamberlan has terrible customer service!
I have spent over a month trying to resolve an issue with them and after countless phone calls and emails, I have only been able to speak to someone once. During that call they also assured me that if I responded on email it would be resolved and yet I haven't heard from annyone. How is a company this large, this bad at even responding?

Bought my Zamberlans 6 months ago. Great shoes till you start using them. Fit is great but quality is absolutely underwhelming after 250k I had to made a warranty claim on the out and mid soles.

Which would not be a big deal for me i mean mistakes can happen. But the way the claim was handled by customer service. Big No, No, I receifed a standard mail with a shipping label. I called Zamberland to check what the return time will be. They told me to call the repair shop my selve and find out. I called the shop and i had to explain the whole story. The shop told me that he first needs to order the parts from Zamberlan. Which normally take 2 weeks. Plus another 2 weeks for the repair. So in the middle of hunting season I have to wait for 4 weeks to get my shoes back.

AS canada post is on strike now i cant even use the shipping lable provided. I requested another shipping lable for a currier. I have not heard back from them jet.

Called them 4 times today during the regular office hours. But nobody was picking up.

I mean we are talking about 400 bucks shoes here.

For sure my last pair of Zamberlands.

The Zamberlan boots I bought sole has failed, taken to the cobblers they advised it's a fault and will be £80 to repair. Tried to contact Zamberlan but haven't been able too. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, I expected them to last , any help to contact the company for a resolution appreciated. We won't be repurchasing as a family this make if we cannot contact the company to resolve this.

My Zamberlan’s have failed because sole have perished . This is product material failure not because of use or care.
My Mammut boots (non alpine) are still going and have had a hard life. I replaced with a pair of Solomons and these have just failed despite having an easier life than my Mammut bots. My Zamberlan’s have had the least use and failed due to poor materials which is VERY disappointing

Since writing this review I have seen this on facebook, Zamberlan now sell their own orthotic insoles, after having used me inserting orthotic insoles into my Boots to the cause of the failing linings in court, Unbelievable dishonesty and hypocrisy. Go to the bottom of this review for the description from their facebook page.
These are the same depths and design as the orthotic insoles I used, that they blamed for the failing of their product.

I have purchased boots twice from one of Zamberlan's UK approved retailers (legend Footwear) I also tried to resolve the issue with the UK Distributor Chris Davidson Agency, and Zamberlan itself.
Both pair developed holes in the inner lining after just 2-3 months
This ended up going to court, the defence all above relied on was that the fact that I had used orthotic heel insoles.
Millions of people use these insole for health reason.
I have used these in Salomon walking boots, and with Scarpa and Timberlands. This has never caused them to fail.
None of the information on any of these companies above state these should not be used with their Boots, their warranty does not prohibit it either.
So for them to claim after the even without any warning or mention of this in their sales or warranty literature this is not permissible and will invalidate any warranty, is to claim the consumer is at fault for having a health condition that requires them to use orthotics and at fault for the companies not setting this out in their warranty and sales literature.
If you need to use orthotics or only want to deal with reputable and ethical companies, don't buy this band or buy from these companies.

A recent bad experience with Meindl reminded me how good my Zamberlan boots have been. The first pair lasted well over a decade of solid use. The second pair of classic hiking boots I have from them are up to 19 years and still going strong. Highly recommended!

I bought a pair of Zamberlan hiking boots over 15 years ago. My boots have taken me to the top of Kilimanjaro (10 years ago) and countless treks in the Scottish hills with multiple munro peaks. I recently wondered whether it was time to get new boots, but have decided they are still in great shape and will take me up more munros this year.

I am a keen hiker, live in an area with lots of off-road woodland and mountain hikes. Because of where I live, I go for a 1-2 hour hike every day. Over the years I have owned hiking boots from most of the major manufacturers, I can honestly say that in my opinion and based on my experience Zamberlan are the best. Over the years, I have purchased 3 pairs of Zamberlan boots, I still have my first pair which are 30 years old and whilst took a lot of punishment, still wearable.
My most resent pair are Zamberlan VIOZ PLUS GTX® RR WIDE LAST. I choose the wide fitting option and they fitted like a glove from day one. The craftsmanship is absolutely first class. All Zamberlans will feel a little heavier and stiffer to wear compared to other brands and will take a little while to break in. That said, I never suffered any blisters or discomfort with any of my Zamberlans because they are so well made. Once your feet become accustomed to them you will never want to put on another hiking boot. They are built to last with top quality treated leather, Vibram soles and Gortex lining.

Same old story. I recieved fake raybans instead. they tell me it will cost too much to send it back so they wanted to give me 38% of the amount i paid saying it was the couriers fault. then they offered me a 48% refund. what? ughh

SCAM! Ordered some Pandora charms, they were fake and no even the right ones I ordered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

THEY STOLE MY MONEY! I ordered a pair of Hunter boots from Zamberlan store (which of course doesnt exist anymore) and they took a big amount of money and what I received was a pair of socks . I will go to the bank, to the police and cyber crime department to press charges on them.
The "factory's" name is LIUSHUMEI. It has a fake address, I think. * Liushumei 4th floor, 27 Jiangwan Road, Foshan City, Guangdong Providence, Chancheng, foshanshi, gaungdongshen 518000 China* the postcode doesn't even exist.
Please be careful and not giving out many details on sites that are not trustworthy.
