Cannot recommend Zap enough for all your small business needs! I am always coming back for more wooden charms and always will. They are so helpful and patient with design needs and the quality has never failed to be perfect! I'm already planning my next orders, and tell everyone to go to them when they want stickers, wooden or acrylic charms, anything honestly!

The customer service from this company is always amazing and I always receive high quality products

My new go-to company for stickers.
Have used Zap Creatives several times this year and have been very pleased with the results and their customer service. I've had stickers, wooden pins and wooden charms (which were used as Christmas decorations) made by Zap and all of them have reproduced my artwork nicely and been very good quality.

Really great service! They are understanding and so so kind to every newcomer. Also, have a fast and reliable proofing team and never cease to amaze with the quality.

Great communication with the team at Zap Creatives who helped me set up my designs. The iridescent stickers are beautiful (even better than imagined!) and I got a couple extra sample stickers, which is a nice surprise and means I can get them to friends who've been coveting them before my next order comes in!

I've ordered with Zap a few times now, All the charms I've had have been great and what I've asked for.

Excellent quality products and always outstanding customer service. I recently asked if it was possible to have something made which wasn't on the website, and they quickly offered to make a custom order for me, which I thought was really kind. The end product turned out even better than expected! I never hesitate to recommended this company to anyone interested.

Ordered some business stickers with my logo on. Was given updates and they arrived quickly. The stickers themselves were fab quality.

Had a few orders from zap creatives so far a few for stickers and a couple for charms. I really like the charms as they are something different and they sell really well in my store as necklaces or keyrings. Stickers are good quality too. There are some good deals to be had if you sign up to the mailing list and keep checking the website. I usually order when there is a deal on.

Excellent product. Great quality, and amazing customer service!

Used Zap for some wooden keyrings. They got in touch with a digital proof first, which I asked for alterations on - this was done quickly with no issues. They kept me updated on every stage, and I was very happy with the finished product when it arrived.

I've used Zap Creatives for both wooden pins and also vinyl stickers and I'm so happy with the quality and the speed they work too. I'll be using Zap a lot for my small business and I'm so glad I found them

Ordered wooden pins, arrived incredibly quickly and were excellent quality! Always great value for money.

Awesome company! They helped with an accidental order and made sure I had another sample to compare with what I’d been sent. No fuss and great results. Thank you Zap team.

I always use zap for sticker orders, my clients love the quality.

Will order there again for sure!
I hope they’ll keep dispatching to Germany <3

Cheers,

A happy customer

Good communication and good products (have ordered sticker sheets, wooden pins, charms and keyrings over past couple of years). Have always found customer service and design teams very helpful and prompt. Only once did I receive incorrect split quantities and they immediately rectified the issue. Will continue to use Zap Creatives as my main manufacturers.

I ordered some stickers and keychains a while back for my shop, and I was very satisfied with the product! The colours came out bright as I had hoped, and the stickers seem very durable!
