Both the fluorescent charms and the metallic pink charms are absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to have them in my shop.

The Customer service is also amazing : they helped me a lot with my order and there were consistent status updates throughout.

On top of this they are eco-friendly and provided extras of my order. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Quality products and good communication.
A lot of their products are eco-friendly. There is a chance of having about 1 to 4 misprints, but they always provide a few extra on top of the amount you order, so that's all good. Fair pricing too.

I recently placed an order for 25 2.5" hot pink acrylic charms with Zap. I also ordered a proof beforehand, to make sure my design would turn out correctly.

Zap Creative’s templates and instructions are very intuitive, and I was able to put together my proof very quickly, despite this being the first time I’ve made charms.

Even when there was a mishap on my end, [I accidentally made my canvas the wrong size, so my initial proofs came out far too big] upon contacting customer service, Zap was very helpful in figuring out what the problem was, and resolving it for me quickly! :] I’ve also asked several questions in the past, and they’re always quick to answer my inquiries, even when I’m not ordering.

I am very pleased with how this order came out, the printing is nice quality, the colors are how I wanted, and the acrylic color itself is super unique! Thank you!

I've been creating charms and pins with Zap! Creatives for more than 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried many of their products, my favourite being their wooden charms, and their quality is just the best in the field! Also, not less important, their customer service is excellent, quick and ready to answer even the silliest question you may have on your order. Thank you Zap! Creatives team :)

I have ordered wooden charms from Zap! Creatives several times now. The quality is outstanding, they are sturdy, vibrant, and beautiful. So impressive that many have asked me where they can have their own made and I am happy to share!

Absolutely super service from start to finish; friendly, approachable and efficient staff, brilliant products and excellent quality; and this is just still the sample stage!

I've ordered from them several times, the few first times for stickers as a group project with a circle of friends. The stickers looked amazing and the colors stayed bright! I then ordered samples and bigger orders for wooden charms and I haven't been disappointed. I like that the products are eco-friendly, that the staff will find a compromise when the products are delivered late or defective.

Very quick, gorgeous printing, and very fast shipping. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I'll keep using them for my work.

My wooden pins came out great! I love all the templates and info that they have available.

Zap Creatives, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

For acrylic/wooden charms, stickers, pins, I wouldn't go anywhere else, they're helpful and the quality is always top notch, never had a single issue. They clearly care about what they do.

Submission process is simple thanks to the easy to understand instructions. Quality is always great, and the prices are very reasonable! Always excited to receive and open up products from Zap!

Zap Creatives has made charm making very easy! They've given excellent customer service, the materials used to make the charms are high quality, and the charms came safely in great packaging! They also have a sale on their products every week or so! I cannot recommend Zap Creatives enough!

So incredibly impressed with with the customer service and product quality from Zap.
They worked with me to bring my CIRCOWL designs to life as wooden pin badges- even jumping in and helping with the image cut-editing as that’s not my strongest forte! Importantly they use sustainably sourced wood, so choosing them to produce my stock was a no brainier! Many thanks.

I made my very first acrylic charm with Zap creatives and the results are Amazing! I ordered just one sample and they send me three! I'm so happy with the quality and their costum service responed to me really fast! Thank you! I will make a big order from you soon!

I love using Zap Creatives for my charms! They are easy to send in designs and they get my order done the way I want. Also they always answer my questions when I have any!

I am a repeat customer of Zap creatives and I could not be happier with the quality and attention to detail to their products. Customer service is always excellent and lead times spot on. Eco friendly to top it all as the clear, white and black acrylic they use for their charms is 100% recycled and their postal packaging is paper based. Highly Recommended.

Purchased both custom backing cards and pin badges from Zap and they have all been amazing! Customer service is top quality and shipping was very fast to say they had to create them all to my liking! I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for custom designs! Thank you!

I have been using ZAP for many years now and the quality of their products are always excellent. They are one of the most reasonably priced companies out there too! Perfect for small businesses.

I love Zap Creatives. I have made many purchases from them, and I will keep coming back. I love how many new products I have been able to create thanks to their services.

Ordered a charm sample before getting a full run made and the quality is stunning! Artwork setup was easy and the end result was exactly what I wanted!

This is the first time I’ve ever had a charm made and I’m thrilled with them and can’t wait to order a larger batch!
