Excellent service
Excellent service (shout out to Coey!).
Ordered a mixer with shipping by sea (cheaper than air but slower). After weeks in transit (across China, the ocean, then Canada), the local UPS warehouse in my city somehow lost the package on what would have been the delivery day :(
Despite being stonewalled by their shipping broker, ZBX were amazing, with Coey staying in contact throughout the process, and being remarkably transparent while navigating the headaches of multiple layers of transportation companies/brokers/insurance. We wound up exchanging over 46 messages.
In the end, ZBX shipped me a replacement unit at no additional cost to me, despite shipping rates increasing dramatically in the interim, for which I am very grateful.
I think how a company reacts when something goes wrong says a lot about them, and based on this experience I would absolutely order from ZBX again.
The mixer itself (HM-5TD) is powerful and quiet, very happy with it so far.
