I am the Chairman of a washroom services Company. Zed One provide us with our IT services, and are always swift to respond and act, efficient, proficient and keep us going. More importantly, Roy has singlehandedly kept me running with my IT, my phone, my communications and all aspects of our connectivity. He is patient, kind, timely and superb. I cannot praise him or Zed One enough.
Believe me, I am a total technophobe, this is a genuine review, and I MUST take this opportunity to praise where praise is due in a world of poor customer service. Outstanding, Roy.

They were able to answer the phone really quickly and help me to understand the issue. They resolved the issue promptly and was very kind and helpful.

I was unable to access the Internet as (I think) I had run out of Disc Space and Roy very patiently discarded old and unrequired files.
