Horrible! Nothing sent after order placed. Waited 3 weeks and no response/update. Sent an email without any response received. Finally got an response after sending an email to cancel the order. BS excuses for items not arriving, and asked for more time to deliver. 3 months later, no items. DO NOT TRUST!

Absolute jokes of people can’t even get a refund just like rest I waited half a year for my order didn’t show up can’t get a refund emailed them and they said because of the high volume of ordered in the winter time DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I’m just trying to get my money back

We payed but didnt receive anything or neither are they replying emails.

It's been 4 months and product hasn't arrived. Requests for refund denied.

Everything you could imagine webt wrong, I ordered my items in August 2025, no arrival yet. I’ve trued to contact them by email, not one response at all. What is the issue, I don’t get it. Thats hard earned money wasted. Please let me know when my ahirts will arrive.

I ordered £21 pounds worth of clothes last year October and just never received it should have checked the trust pilot before I ordered

They have taken my daughter's money and sent nothing for 4 months. Today we have received a handwritten note through the post, written like a child, saying please be patient, and wait a couple more weeks! Adding insult to injury, they are terrible people who are taking advantage of genuine buyers. These complaints should be followed up!

Am waiting for my package for 3 months I wrote to them 4 emails they responded on 3 but on the last one no this is a scam

My son ordered some clothes. Its nearly a month now and didnt receive anything. They will give you a tracking number but nothing will be shipped. They responded to one email but the email was unprofessional and they did not give an ETA. After that they never responded. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

the people below are kinda dumb but yes this is a scam stealing from sellers with limited drops, they also just steal the pictures

Got scammed. I had purchased 2 football shirts of the website and ended up losing roughly 20 pounds because the package never came nor did i receive a tracking code.

This is a scam. Orders never arrive, and no communication

Its a scam you order something they send you one time email about your orders and you will not receive your tracking number its been 3 days i wrote their customer service no respond

Also das ist die größte abscamer die ich jemals hatte . Ich habe mein packet am 13.10 bezahlt und es ist heite denn 3 . 11 und habe noch immer noch kein lacket bekommen . Das ist der schlechteste app die ich jemals gesehen habe !

would rate 0 i ordered some tousers from them at the start of october and it says they are still waiting to be shipped so im pretty sure they are a scam

Can confirm that this is a scam. Ordered a jacket and it never came, they give you an order number but customer service never responds to any emails or gives you any updates.
