I bought the wart/skin tag removal product CryoCure.
Awful! It stinks, it stings it runs all over the place, no precision nozzle, and it does not work!!
It is supposed to be returnable for a full refund within 60 days, but if you have opened it and used it, it does not apply, and you have to pay for the returns delivery.
It is a scam and should be stopped by the Ombudsman!

bought the self adjusting glasses, they do not work

If only I could give zero!!! Order #1680 took a long time to arrive and when it did, it was cheap and extreme poor quality. I have emailed to arrange return and refund 6/7 times but no one has responded. They are thieves. I have now asked my bank to assist.

Ridiculous scam

Ordered lymphatic brush. Takes ages to arrive and is such poor quality that it damages your skin with bristles that are sharp and rough.

This is a complete scam. I ordered nasal inhalers. Two cheap plastic inhalers arrived and did not have anything inside them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I didn't get my product. Cost me £24.99

My order still hasn’t arrived, a bunch of con artists. Do NOT buy from this company. I haven’t received a refund either, despite repeated attempts to get one!

I bought a fuel saving device from this company, it didn't work! They asked me for a video of it not working which I sent. Haven't heard a word since! No refund,just silence! Do not buy from this company!

Have not received goods. 81 yr old pensioner, paid 19.99.

Ordered neck massage from this UK site,it finally arrived 4weeks later. The item did not work, contacted company and they then send me the link to return the item. The site did state that if you wanted a refund you return item at your own expense, what they failed to say that this item was sourced in China, and that was the return address, not their UK address in Herfordshire as shown on their website. I contacted them again to say the cost to return was £20, which i was not prepared to pay for an item that was 'not fit for purposse' and did not give indication that this item was sourced outside the UK. The company said they would refund me 15% as a goodwill gesture if I kept the product that did not work, obviously I was not interested in this! This company continues to advertise the same item in there site, state they are a UK company, also importantly there is no way to leave a review of your product. Avoid this company at all costs, they are a total SCAM!
