Why Everytime Zepto handling Charges Rs. 40 ???🥺

Bought a Jio phone from Zepto (Order ID: MNHQKDSIH55331), but it was dead on arrival and never switched on. Zepto's own Doorstep Verification/Open Box policy was not followed. The delivery partner took the payment and OTP first, clicked a photo of the sealed box, and left without opening or verifying the product. Support only kept sending template replies asking me to contact the brand instead of addressing the actual issue. Very disappointing experience. Be careful while ordering electronics.

I ordered a TP Link router on the zepto app using the Open Box Delivery. When I received it, the box had no seal in it. I asked the delivery guy why there's no seal and he said he had no idea. I looked in and saw the product inside. It was a little dark but still I saw it. The delivery partner assured me it I could return it if there's something wrong with it. I took the product inside my house and under proper lighting, I see that it's just a shell of the product with no electronics inside. I raised a ticket on Zepto and it has denied my claim of refund/replacement stating that I accepted the product under open box delivery. The system is flawed and I would've never thought this would happen with Zepto. I didn't think they would shift the responsibility to me either. I understand if the product was not working they have the right to deny the claim but this is unacceptable. Never ordering from Zepto again.
