Zertohead customer service is horrible
Someone inadvertently used my email to place an order. I sent Zerotohead an email advising this and to remove my email. Instead of taking me seriously and handling the order as fraud, they proceeded to tell me, "Maybe you clicked to order accidentally,". As if I added to cart, added credit card info and address and checked out without realize it. I requested to have my email removed and explained that the order did not even go to me. They completed ignored my request and the fact that the order was sent elsewhere and replied that I should just "try it out".
