They Owe Me Money And Have Ghosted Me
My very first payment that was collected from my borrower failed to be deposited to my bank account. Their system sent the wrong information to my bank and my bank rejected the deposit. "Customer Service", if you can call it that, was unhelpful and basically blamed me. They owe me $583 and have stopped responding to me. I've been emailing them over the last 10 days and have not received a single reply in that time. I guess they are just going to keep my money.
