These are greedy scum bag and Michael W owners sold defective RVs. Mike is a Satan worshipper and his employees sell unsafe crap.

We were misled. We were asked questions and a paper was put in front of us, telling us it was to evaluate our camper for a trade-in. We were looking and had not made a decision. I didn't want our credit to be affected. We were told we could leave, and they would call us. They didn't. We decided against the motorhome, but received an email three days later asking for more paperwork.
The manager said we were approved before we left that day. I am very upset about how all of this was communicated. Very grateful we didn't end up with that motorhome.

We purchased a New Jayco 5th wheel from Zoomers. Like all campers there were a few small issues and one larger one that had come up after 3 months of owning it. Lindsay the Warranty specialist at Zoomers is awesome. She worked hard to get all my issues resolved. The bigger problem with the front cap replacement took a lot of time and effort to get resolved but Jayco agreed to replace the front fiberglass cap. I cannot say enough great things about the service I received from Lindsay and Janetta in the service department office. They kept me informed throughout the entire process.
I will admit I was nervous about having the front cap removed and replaced, but the service techs (Shayne, Dustin, Jacob, Austin, Kevin, and Robert) at Zoomers did an excellent job. They were all hands-on deck to get the cap removed and replaced and ready for me to pick up and go camping for the Memorial Day weekend. The Shop Foremen (Jamie & Trent) were on hand to make sure the job went smoothly, and the camper came out looking as great as it did from the factory. Although I was nervous at the start of that process, I feel like their attention to detail and the communication during the process was a huge relief!
The Shop Foreman Jamie and another service tech Robert also went out of their way to come out to a campground this past Holiday weekend to touch up the roof sealant and install a decal that was missing. This is a class act shop, and I will definitely do business with them again.

What Zoomers did to the single mother who bought a new Forest River is criminal. She, her son and pets were put in jeopardy with propane lesks in a brand new tow behind is reprehensible. Shame on your deslership and Forest River.

Stay away! They are dishonest and will knowingly sell you a lemon, and then you will be left on your own to deal with the issues. Total scammers and it starts from the top (i.e. the owner). Find a reputable dealer instead (any dealer will likely be better). These guys take defective units off nearby production lines, file claims for the defects, sell them without making any repairs, and pass it on to the consumer.

I trusted the sales department to locate the correct Sunset Trail that their Iowa dealership had and bring it to their Wabash store. So to start the salesman screwed up and brought the wrong one. That is where sales failed. Bought it anyway and traded it in on a different one they had there to give them a second chance. Lousy service/attitude. Acted like they are doing you a favor by taking your call.
I have been in the automotive sales field for over 25 years and I know the value of good customer service and these guys don't have it!
Great selection of product and we love visiting Wabash so those are the highlights. If you go in with low expectations then you won't be disappointed. Go elsewhere if you expect quality service after the sale. Once they have your money then sales and service are out the window.

Where do I start? I purchased a 5th wheel in May of 2021. I had the unit delivered by them. When we had the walk through everything was good. Slideouts were extended and all was good. Then it was delivered. I moved it to the campground, leveled it out and extended the slideouts. After extending one of the slideouts I noticed there was a gouge in the linoleum floor. I contacted zoomers and they agreed that when camping season was over they would send a truck to the campground and pick the camper up. This all happened as planned. I got a message from Don Shone that says I am having trouble matching the linoleum and probably can't get the same linoleum. I said ok, however I DO NOT WANT IT PATCHED. He agreed and said he would do his best. I received a call in March that the unit was done and ready to be picked up. Imagine my surprise when I extended the slideout and found a patch on the linoleum floor. And to make matters worse it looked like someone had picked at the edges of the patch. Absolutely horrible looking patch job. I went back in the office and said I needed to talk to Don. He met me at the camper and proceeded to tell me that he was NOT replacing the linoleum and that he was done with the repair. I obviously said not acceptable. After some back and forth he agreed to have a flooring company come to my camper to fix the linoleum. I was never contacted by the flooring company so I contacted Don about not being contacted. He then proceeded to tell me that the company did contact me and that I refused their help and I supposedly told them that I was putting in carpet. I never talked to anybody from this flooring company. After several emails back and forth he basically said I needed to bring the unit back to them (100 miles one way) and that I needed to remove the hitch because they have no way to move the camper around. It's not an exotic hitch. It's a sidewinder Reese hitch. I said no way am I removing the hitch and said it's pretty pathetic that a place that sells and services 5th wheel campers doesn't have a way to move a sidewinder hitch. If I could give them a minus 5 I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had and he doesn't care.

We worked with Dan, and he did a great job. We purchased a used RV sight unseen. He walked us through the RV via Facetime and showed us every imperfection, so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. Our pickup went smoothly. The RV was in excellent condition. Everybody went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule as we were stopping to pick up the RV in the middle of a cross-country trip. I would recommend this group.
