This company as taken £4000 of my card


This company as taken £4000 of my card processing transactions and not given it me back it. I have emailed them at least 15 times to have not reply. What else can I do to get my £4000 back.

Dear Tom,
ZOTTO will not block money from any merchant without having legal reason, your money can be blocked by our risk team for none compliance according to Card schemes rules or huge amount of charge backs or sales of prohibited products. During the investigation period, our risk team will not respond to any of your communication, until investigation is concluded.
