Called ZandS builders as they have previously done my upstairs bathroom about 5 years ago with no issues
Very good communication start to finish
Even helped me when i forgot about the small materials , project moved with good pace and details where listened too
Quality was finished to a very high standard as always

Z&S Builders were a pleasure to work with. We used them for a full renovation that covered pretty much everything: structural work (removing walls, chimneys, installing steels), bi-fold doors, brickwork, full rewire and plumbing, kitchen and bathroom installs, flooring/tiling, a loft conversion, and all the finishing touches.

Given how extensive the project was, we were careful about who we appointed. We actually chose Z&S based purely on their Checkatrade reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them.

The team were professional, hardworking and paid close attention to detail throughout. Just as importantly, they were reliable, easy to deal with, and genuinely good people to have around during a long project.

I’d have no hesitation recommending them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We recently had z&s builders carry out driveway done and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They arrived on time each day, kept the work area tidy. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding every detail has been finished to a high standard which met our expectation. It’s made such a positive difference to our home.

Mani and Sandy replaced all celling Halogen lights to LED lights. They did a very professional job, arrived at the informed time and finished on time. I would highly recommend them.

Mani and his wonderful team completed a toilet refurb for us and have completed the work to a high standard. Firstly they work cleanly, tidying up after themselves; promptly meeting the agreed timeline; and offer meaningful contribution to ensuring the best outcome. He and his team really care about providing a high standard of work and they offered plenty of helpful advice for other areas of the house too. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be engaging them in the future.

Mani and team were absolutely fantastic. Really courteous and helpful. Made everything as simple as possible and most importantly always respecting our wishes and making practical and helpful suggestions. The team refurbished a rental property including installing a full new bathroom amongst other things. Communication was fantastic and quality of work is great. Couldn’t ask for a better experience overall. Will definitely be using Mani and team again. Highly recommended.

Excellent service been provided

I had my bathroom refitted, including re-plumbing and new shower fittings. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided from start to finish. The team were very good, letting me know each day what was happening, which kept me very well informed and confident in their work. They went the extra mile to find great alternatives that perfectly matched my existing tiles and fittings.

Also they left everything every night, so the whole process was painless. I felt comfortable having them work in my home. I also found them reliable, professional, and respectful for the duration of the project. I would be very happy to recommend them for anyone seeking a stress-free bathroom renovation and value-for-money service!

I had a plumbing emergency in Fulham and called this service late at night. They were incredibly responsive and sent someone over within the hour. The plumber quickly identified the issue, which was a burst pipe, and had it fixed in no time. The team was professional, friendly, and very efficient. I was impressed with their quick response and the high quality of their work. If you're ever in need of emergency plumbing service in Fulham, I highly recommend them. This is the second time I use z&s builders for work in my home. The first time was for a complete bathroom remodel, which turned out amazing. This time they replaced an old dysfunctional wood deck with a paver patio that is more up to date, functional, and provides the proper entertaining area for my BBQ, dining table and bar. They also provided me with sitting walls and outdoor lighting, making this an outdoor space that I am truly proud to share with my friends and family. The best part about the project was working with the z&s Mani is very friendly and professional . Not to mention the superb craftsmanship of qualified. Mani were assigned to my project and were at my home every day, all day until the project was finished which only took an amazing 4 days to complete. Z&S is the only contractor I can trust to provide excellent service, answer all my questions and ensure the project is complete to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Z&SBUILDERS for any home contracting needs.
