Lucy was a very energetic and encouraging trainer. You could tell she really believed in ZSN and she gave us very helpful feedback on our form. She was also efficient in going through all the parts of the training.

A experiência é incrível.
It was a wonderful experience, and the instructor, Lucy, was excellent in every way. I thank her for her effort and hard work with us, and I recommend everyone to participate in this amazing experience.😍😍
Excellent loved it didn't believe we would finish. Amazing life changing 🙌 Was not easy by any means. You can do all things through Christ who gives us strength.
